The Generac service tech that performed service on our generator was polite, knowledgable, and answered every question I had about the work he was doing. I’ve been very pleased with every aspect of Generator Superstore. The sales, installation, operation, customer service and on site service has all been top shelf.

David Rodriguez did a great job servicing our home electrical generator. He was fast, efficient and courteous. He also took the time to advise me about what he was doing and able to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend him.

Aarpn & Brad were very professional & install was done in timely manner Everything was explained too.

Techs Mike, Bradley, and Trever did my installation. They were very cordial and explained steps they were performing and what would be done to complete. Very efficient.

Albert Palacios came to do the yearly service on our Gen X. He was through, and very polite. Took care of the billing per my request to handle it at time of service. Wonderful to work with a company that takes good care of the customers.

Aaron, Hunter and Brad did a great job with electrical and setting the generator. Very informative before starting any work. Courteous and did all the work in a timely manner.

Trevor did the maintenance on my generator and replaced a module under warranty. He did an awesome job and was very good at explaining everything he did.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Generator Supercenter of Tulsa. I had a bunch of overwhelming questions and Mike had all the answers. Very polite and extremely knowledgeable on how the unit works, proper maintenance and what to expect if repairs are needed in the future.

Had my generators annual check-up today. It was accomplished by Bryce B. He is a very knowledgeable, polite technician who performed all checks and changes very professionally in a timely manner. Thanks again to Bryce B. Well done.

Brandon T. went above and beyond in our annual maintenance inspection. An area in the garage that he needed access to was blocked by our renovation items and he was so patient to let me move the items as quickly as possible. He answered my questions and was professional and kind.

Mike truly did a wonderful job testing out and explaining how my new Generac works, and what I need to know or expect. He also was a great helping me get set up on the moble app. Thanks again, Mike!

Excellent service and professional installation. The product is a little pricey, but gave us such peace of mind. Logan’s crew was fast and took less time than estimated and they came early in the morning on time. Plus, they were really pleasant.

Hunter, Logan and Brad were great! There were two other gentlemen that installed the gas line that did a real clean look too!

Bryce showed up with a smile on his face, polite, friendly and very professional.He is relatively new but you could tell it was important to him to do the annual maintenance correctly. I was very impressed and happy with this annual maintenance appointment! I would highly recommend this company!

On October 10th 2024, Brandon came to my residence to service my generator! He was very professional and polite! After the service he cleaned the generator to the point it was spotless & he picked up after himself! I was very pleased with Brandon because he knew what he was doing, didn’t mind my questions & did an excellent job! Thank you Brandon!

We purchased our generator and an extended warranty. Generator supercenter took over the warranty in year 2. We were being serviced by a small business and their work was great. It was the reason we bought from that small business. We have received the same service from generator supercenter. I recommended the company last week.
