We are new to Oklahoma and unfamiliar with whole home generators. We scheduled Oklahoma Generator to service the generator in our new home and were hoping to have a few features explained. Chris was absolutely incredible! He was extremely respectful and patient with us, answered ALL our questions thoroughly and educated us on our system. He actually welcomed our questions and wasn’t rushing to hurry up and get away! We are very comfortable and knowledgeable about our generator now, thanks to the time Chris spent with us. Chris was friendly but very professional, did a thorough maintenance service on our system and even cleaned out the generator housing. We are very impressed and can’t say enough good things about Oklahoma Generator. They will definitely be our go-to company for future maintenance or any needs for our whole home generator. Highly, highly recommend OKLAHOMA GENERATOR!

Purchased a home with an existing Generac, Chris Roberts came out and serviced the unit, walked us through the operation and set up our wi-fi connection. He was very professional, very kind and helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Chris is an amazing technician and I am definitely continuing business with them because of him.

Mario did a great job. He showed up at the appointment time, was efficient and informed me of all work that was done and the over all condition of the generator and components at the end of the inspection. Very satisfied with Mario as a technician!!!
