Quality work, excellent communication, job was completed in the exact time frame that was expected. Will use Cunningham construction again and will recommend to anyone!!

Working with Cunningham Construction for the past six months has been an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. Sean, the owner, is not only honest and transparent, but he is also incredibly responsive, which made communication a breeze throughout the entire project. Not only did they complete the project on time, but they even managed to finish under budget, which was a welcome surprise.

Their attention to detail and commitment to quality is unmatched, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the final result. As I move forward with the second phase of my project, I can confidently say that I will not be calling anyone else. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Sean and his team, and I am truly thankful for the incredible work they have done to help me build my dream dental office. I highly recommend Cunningham Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and talented team for their construction needs.

Kind, professional, and efficient! Eternally grateful to Sean and his team! They were compassionate about completing my new dental office on time and to my expectations. Having never endured commercial or residential construction, I was very nervous about taking on a project of this magnitude. Sean and his team eased any concerns that I had throughout the process! Sean and his team are family. Domian Family Dentistry will grow to bigger and better heights thanks to Cunningham Construction!

We recently worked with Cunningham Construction for our dental practice expansion and remodel, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. They understood the unique needs of a dental office—balancing functionality, patient comfort, and modern design—and delivered results that exceeded our expectations.

Communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept us informed and made the entire project feel as seamless as possible. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and our patients constantly comment on how beautiful and welcoming the space feels.

I highly recommend Cunningham Construction to anyone considering a construction or remodel project. They truly went above and beyond, especially our project manager, Steve. We are grateful for their hard work in bringing our vision to life.
