I had a new HVAC system installed and return vent added today and Nick and Eddie did great! I was originally told that it would take a full day or even a day and a half to complete but they knocked it out before 3 P.M. I couldn’t be more happy with the finally result. Everything looks cleanly installed and they picked up their all of their mess before leaving. Robison was even cheaper than some of the competitors for the same unit (the ones I got quotes from). Would highly recommend Robison for all your needs especially a new HVAC system installation.

Excellent service! Called on a Sunday and had my AC repairs taken care of Monday! Will highly recommend Robison to my family and friends & will call them when I’m ready to replace my unit. Thank you!

Danny with Robison Air came out the same day we called and went over our options on selecting a new AC and Heating units. He was very professional and knowledgeable on Traine products. We selected units and were able to get them installed three days later. The technicians were John and Saxton...very knowledgeable on their product and respectful when communicating with us. Both went right to work to get the job done. It happened to be the hottest day of the year so far this summer and they worked extremely hard to get our air up and running and to get us cooled off as quickly as possible at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was getting a bit warm last week and I had no functioning cooling system at home. I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out and
Justin came out on Friday and confirmed the compressor was dead and gave me a price to replace with new unit. The cost was significantly less than the first company to do essentially the same thing. Mike scheduled the job for the next Monday, June 8th. Two really nice guys, Thaxton and Theo came out that morning and had it all done in a couple of hours. That evening I came home to a nice cool house. My thanks to all for a job well done. My home and my business are all now in the care of Robison Air. Thanks to you all.

I worked with Danny (salesman) who came out for an estimate for a new Trane AC/Heater combo with new ducting. He gave me a good estimate and was able to have it installed right away. The two gentleman he sent to do the work were very polite and did a fantastic job of installing everything brand new. They also took the time to clean up and test the new AC and heater. Danny came back the next day to inspect the work and said he was going to have the guys come out and put decorative rocks around the unit to make it look better. I was pleasantly pleased by this offer. So far everything is working perfect. I used Airco 3 years ago and bought a brand new Lennox AC and Heater combo and had nothing but trouble every single summer. It never kept my home below 82 degrees in the summer and they made excuse after excuse and still was never able to fix the problem. I gave up on them and went with a brand new Trane from Robison Air and I have high hopes that I will be able to stay cool finally this summer. My previous unit was a Trane that kept my house cool every summer, before it finally went out and I replaced it with a Lennox from Airco. Was a huge waste of over $7500 3 years ago and they sent multiple techs put who never bothered to fix the issue. I hope this unit will be a great one like my previous Trane was. They replaced all of my ducting and installed the new unit in 1 day. I was very surprised and happy with the attention to detail. I will update my review if the unit has problems keeping the house cool this summer but the customer service from Danny and his 2 helpers was fantastic. Thank you Robison Air! Big thanks to Danny and his guys he sent out! I will be recommending Robison Air thanks to the excellent work performed at a great price. 👍

Our A/C went out, we called Robison Air at 7:30am & had a very kind, efficient & professional tech at our home by 1:20pm. This gentleman had our A/C fixed with a part replacement within 30 min. Very reasonably priced. Service could not have been better! Thank you.

Robison Air replaced my air conditioning unit and called me after the install to let me know I could get rebates. That was the first time any company had done that for me. Their service is excellent and they will help you find what you need within your budget. They go above and beyond on their service.

I’ve used other HVAC companies in the past, but never had as good an experience as I received from Robison. Another company told me I needed not only a new air conditioner, but that my heater needed to be replaced too. I got a second opinion from Robison, who told me I only needed the AC unit, and charged me much less than the quoted AC from the other company. I’ve used them for nearly two years now, and they’re always upfront, about what needs and doesn’t need to be done. Their honesty, courtesy, and fair pricing has made me a loyal customer. Robison Air has been our heating/air company for about 30 years. They have always been professional, quickly responsive, thorough in their assessments, and helpful in solutions. I highly recommend them as a service company, and especially recommend having a twice yearly service agreement with them so you know that your units will be checked out and serviced before major temperature and demand changes on your system. They have NEVER let us down. I always give their name out when people ask for a recommendation.

My compressor wasn’t working properly so called, late in the afternoon, to schedule a service call. They gave me an early appointment the next morning. Service technician, Randy, called ahead of time and arrived promptly at the agreed time. He checked the system thoroughly and thought he had the issue nailed down...not a cheap fix. Came back a few minutes later and advised he found the actual problem. Had my system working in short order for a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional. Will not hesitate to call Robison Air for future needs!

Outstanding service by courteous and professional technicians. Arrived on time and installed a new a/c coil quickly. When further inspection revealed that I needed to replace my furnace too (to avoid the risk of CO poisoning) they called their office and had the furnace delivered in less than an hour, making it possible to get both major repairs and installations done in one day while they already had everything pulled out and opened up. The weather turned very cold a few days later so it was very nice to have the new furnace installed and running safely just in time for the drop in temperature. We were very impressed with their service from beginning to end and highly recommend using Robison for heat and a/c needs. We would definitely use them again!

Robison Air has been my go-to for everything HVAC over the last 5 years. They have amazing maintenance plans and always search for ways to save $$ on any repairs that are necessary! I highly recommend using them!

I have recently had two ac coils replaced by Robison Air. Both sets of technicians did an excellent job. They were on time, experienced, clean and got the job done right at a fair price. I have used Robison Air for the past four or five years for other repairs and they have always done a good job and fixed things right the first time. Good people, I would definitely recommend them.

On time, friendly, courteous and besides the furnace checkout also fixed my doorbell power that did not get reconnected with the original furnace install. No questions asked, just graciously took care of everything.

I would highly recommend Robison Air! Danny is our sales rep; he looked at what we had and made suggestions on what he thought we needed based on our wants. He was not the "average" salesperson who tried to push the most expensive unit on us. He listened to what we wanted. We got a fair price for what we had installed - AC/furnace, sealing of ductwork, update the plenum and a new air return. He is also working on the PSO rebate for us.
We also liked that this company is still locally owned and not "corporate".

The technicians, James and Eddy, were great! They were professional, courteous, friendly and very conscientious about our home. The installation was performed in a timely manner, looks great and they cleaned/vacuumed everything before leaving. The system is working perfectly even on these 100⁰+ days.

We just received our 1st electric bill from mid June to mid July and our usage was cut in half from last year, the same range.

The heating unit wasn't working in 2° weather. Called and Marquise from Robison was able to service our unit within 2 hours of our call. He was very professional and knew right away what the issue was and repaired it in about 45 minutes. Fantastic technician and service.

Wonderful receptionist who answered my call and friendly, educated repair technician who fixed my air conditioner. Each time I use Robison Air, I get excellent quality service!

Our furnace quit working so we had no heat in the bedrooms. When I called, they said that they would work me in that day. Within less than 2 hours, a repairman called and was there 15 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed that the igniter was bad. He apparently had one in his van and had replaced it and tested the furnace all within less than one hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the repair cost was very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them highly. We have had several previous interactions with Robison Air over the last 15 years including repairs, replacement of worn out systems, and installation of new systems and have always been very satisfied. Based on our experiences, this is an outstanding company that does quality work at a fair price. We will definitely continue to use their services as needed.

We couldn't have had a better experience. All aspects of the purchase and installation were great including the sales call, the installation and cleanup, and the price. We were lucky that my daughter-in-law knew Mike Robison and suggested we get a second quote from his company. We had used a different Trane dealer for service for years and their quote for the replacement of our old units was ridiculously higher. These are really good people to work with. Highly recommend.
