Grant Shaffer did an amazing job replacing my 2 outdoor faucets on the house. Communication and work quality was exceptional!

Luke performed an extremely thorough and accurate evaluation of my plumbing problems. His estimate was fair and complete. Mike and Ethan performed the work with professionalism and efficiency. The whole Half Moon team was polite and very helpful. Outstanding job.

We had a clog in our main line. I called Half Moon about 2pm and they sent Nic Williamson within 2 hours - same day, which was a life saver! He was professional, kind and extremely thorough in troubleshooting our situation. Would highly recommend! They are now my Go-To plumber!!

Had a sewage pump go bad not only did they answer on the first call but they had availability to come out as an emergent call luckily I was able to wait until the beginning of the week and the first crew woth nic was out to my house first thing in the morning of the appointment day they were very professional
Amd upfront giving me the plan of what would happen, how long to expect an update and all of my options. With all that knowledge I felt the best option was going to be a replacement and thats when I had the pleasure of dealing with another team. The team of Juan and Nate were awesome they were there early and got right to work explaining what was going on and answering my questions about how everything worked and what they were doing throughout the entire replacement process. The two teams I dealt with made the experience way better than I could've imagined with a quality job that I never once questioned. Also no hidden fees all prices were told upfront and I was given the choice with no pressure to chose the more expensive option.

This is a wonderful company. They made an appointment to fix the drain under the sink, made sure to get it done before the snow and ice got here. Excellent company to use. I would highly recommend anyone needing any plumbing work done to use this company.

We had an upstairs shower and two sinks that have always drained a little slowly, but were now clogging. Over 17 years, we’ve tried to fix it ourselves with drain cleaner and a snake, to varying success. This time it was fully blocked. We did not want to have a sewer breakdown into our kitchen below. We needed a plumber.

We’d been hearing the Half Moon commercials on the radio, and whenever they come on we laugh and say “Aaaaaawooooooooo!” So I went online and made an appointment.

The website interface is GREAT! It was simple and efficient and comfortable to navigate. I provided my info, then they offered a place for me to upload a quick video describing the problem and pointing out the locations. Easy-peasy!

Half Moon contacted us immediately, and Nicholas Williamson arrived exactly when scheduled the next day. He was clean and courteous and friendly, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem: original plumber installed one big T intersection where we should have had two off-set joints for more efficient drain flows to sewer. After years of use, the big T intersection was fully blocked.

Nick gave us two ways to access the problem: either through the upstairs floor, or downstairs ceiling. We decided sheetrock ceiling would be easier reconstruction than replacing tile, so Nick opened the ceiling and exposing the pipes in question. It was late in the day, so Nick then cleaned up his tools and equipment, swept up the mess, bagged his trash and removed it. The next day Half Moon would return to complete to project.

Promptly the next morning, Michael Miller arrived, set up coverage on the area and began cutting out the affected pipe. It was fully clogged with general drain debris: hair, toothpaste, soap scum, and hard water residue. Michael efficiently discarded the defunct section, and quickly and easily replaced it with the proper configuration of joints. He cleaned up his mess and went on to his next job.

All things considered, it was a very pleasant interaction. The Half Moon office was in constant contact with us to let us know who was coming, and ask how the job was progressing along the way. The followed up at the end of each day to verify that we were satisfied and treated courteously.

Although not terribly complex, the problem turned out to be more extensive and expensive than we could correct ourselves with drain cleaner and a simple auger. We feel the work was fairly priced for the excellent service and professionalism we received. Half Moon representatives showed respect to our home and family at every interaction. They are friendly, clean, prompt and highly skilled.

We are so impressed with Half Moon, and will use them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Our second floor shower was leaking to the first floor. We have had lots of plumbing issues this year and have used another company. The last experience with that company was frustrating, so we decided to go with Half Moon because of the marketing on KXOJ and support of Little Light House, where our daughter is an alumni. Lukas was so thorough when he came. I had ended up pulling a wad of hair out of the drain before he arrived, but he inspected everything to make sure it was okay. He did determine there was a small leak in the drain. I also mentioned that our back porch faucet was leaking and that we received a notice from our city that we have a possible leak. So he took a look at all our toilets, sinks, and water heater. He found a small piece of tape or packaging in one of the (less than a year old) toilet tanks and talked to me about the age of our water heater. Lukas was professional and explained everything so well. His recommendation was a new water faucet on the porch and a new shower drain.

We scheduled and William came a few days later. His install and work was quick, thorough, and clean.

The price does seem slightly higher than the other company we used this year, but I don’t have a headache after this experience. We will gladly call Half Moon back if our leak persists or have other issues.

I live in an 80 y/o house. This is the 2nd time in a week Half Moon has had to come to the house (SO glad I got the annual agreement!). Lukas Falwell and Dakota came out last week for a kitchen plumbing leak & to flush tankless hot water heater. They took their time, explained everything, answered all my questions. VERY polite & pleasant. Lukas came back out today because I thought I had 2 issues from last week. One was correctly done, just not what I’m used to. The other turned out to (likely) be from age of house & extreme cold. Lukas explained it all, answered all questions again & there was NO CHARGE!! (Hello Annual Agreement)!! THANKS MUCH, guys!!

Outstanding experience. Andrew M was our technician. Easily the best bedside manner and engaging persona of any field service professional. Instant rapport built. Juan S was our plumber. Fantastic ability to convey complex information to an arguably ignorant audience. Took the time to explain thoughtfully - worked performed was quick & tidy. Jake, his helper, was incredibly thoughtful & considerate to our home.

Overall truly great experience. In a world of many untrustworthy service companies, these folks really stand out. Thanks HM team.

Andrew was amazing. He had to give us some bad news about our hot water tank and a slab leak but was very empathetic. They sent him out right away and scheduled the replacement and leak finding the next day. I can not recommend Half Moon enough. I don’t remember the very kind and helpful lady that answered the phone but she was awesome too!
Steven C came out and did a great job!! He installed a tankless hot water tank and found the leak!! He was kind, patient and so respectful. We highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!

We had our toilet replaced and they were wonderful! Came right away , very professional, explained everything so I could understand it, and did the job quickly and cleanly. Nick and Mike were both awesome!! Very nice young men. I really like that half moon sent me pic of the technicians and a little bit about them. 5 stars for half moon plumbing!!!

He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. Jayton is such a nice young man - we will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs. Half Moon Plumbing just installed two new toilets in my home today. While the price was high, when all was said and done, I believe the expense to be worth the service that I received. I dealt with two service techs, Noah, and Andrew. Both young men are sharp, very personable, kind and professional. I didn't have any problem discussing concerns I had about what needed to be done, and the finished product has left me feeling that I made a good decision in choosing Half Moon. If any other plumbing services are needed for my home, I will be calling Half Moon again.

Half Moon is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They do what they say they're going to do it, when they say they're going to do it. We most recently worked with Luke who was thorough in his assessment and thoughtful about the options presented to us for the repair of our shower. Grant came back the next day to do the work which was thorough, clean, and explained well during the process. We expect to continue to be happy Half Moon customers!

I had an emergency call into Half Moon Plumbing after a waterline was broken as a different contractor worked in my front yard. Half Moon sent Lucas Fallwell out very promptly. He assessed the situation, fixed the leak and got the other crew of men back in business.
Before Lucas came to the house sediment got into the valves and fill mechanisms of my toilets. We talked About any plumbing issues I had and we set up a plan to fix the toilets the next day. Before he left, he fixed a problem with my garbage disposal that was causing my dishwasher not to drain. This was unrelated to the Break in the line outside. Lucas was very knowledgeable and professional.
The next day, Noah Chermack Came over to fix my toilet issues. Once again, Half Moon Plumbing sent out a professional, knowledgeable plumber. He was helpful to me in understanding my product selection and was obliging when I asked if I could prime the wall behind the toilet tank while he had it off.

The customer service is great here! The first time I called TJ was so understanding and got me in quickly for a diagnostic appointment with a drain specialist.
Our drain specialist, Nicolas was VERY knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and patient. He even let us see what we were dealing with in real time while he ran the camera down the clean out to see what our problem was.

We had Half Moon install a toilet and faucet. Which also included replacing multiple broken shut off valves. The first technician that came out was Matt who was absolutely wonderful to work with, he was so patient with all of my questions. We also had Eddie who did the installation, he was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after the fact and we are so happy with the results! Highly recommended, we will definitely hire again.

I was able to schedule same day service through the website. My tech came out, videos the problem, gave me the temporary fix I knew I needed and gave me several permanent solutions to pick from. The price was more than fair for the services preformed today (removing roots from our sewer pipes) and to replace or reline our old pipes from the 60s seem reasonable. They were so kind and through. We have a few choice to pick from, but I just found our new plumbers.
