CRS recently helped me clean up a serious biohazard in my rental unit. Simon was punctual and very professional in his quotes and the work done by his crew was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of restoration.

We were on vacation on December 26th when an El Nino hit Tulsa and caused roof damage which in turn caused leaks in several rooms. I called Cleaning Restoration and they were there almost immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. They put fans in to keep the floors from warping (they didn't) and buckets to collect the water. They are incredibly competent and responsive and i wouldn't use anyone else... the owner, Simon, is always there with his crew....I'd give them a 5 Star

An excellent business. Simon and crew performed extensive work on my house. He was prompt with communication and great customer service. Every job was done with a great crew, and with excellent and prompt service.

I've had Simon and his crews handle several difficult water damage caused repairs for me. They have been consistently terrific in their responses - very professional, quick, reasonably priced and do a great job!!

We had a slow copper pipe leak under the slab of our kitchen floor that surfaced while we were away on vacation. We walked in to a ground floor standing in water. This was on a Sunday, Fathers Day 2013. We called CRS and within 45 minutes they were raising furniture, packing personal belongings and bringing in their equipment to start drying out the home. They were kind and respectful, yet professional in doing what they knew had to be done to minimize our losses. They worked with our contractors, taking bids, negotiating, and communicating with our insurance company. They earned our respect and also the respect of our contractors.
I highly recommend Simon Reyes and his company CRS. Although I hope it is never necessary, CRS would be my first (and only) call if we needed this type of service again.

We've worked with CRS for several projects in our older midtown home, ranging from major renovation to smaller-scale repairs. They have been consistently on-time and on-budget. Along with producing a quality end-product, they have paid special attention to managing the mess and inconvenience associated with the work. We will certainly give them strong consideration as we take on additional projects in the future.

Had water damage from a pipe that busy during the ice storm. CRS was great. They were very responsive and helped me with the process of working with the insurance. Explained everything that needed to be done and followed up when flooring was on backorder and finished before estimated time frame. Very professional and great to work with. The tile, carpet and painting and staining look amazing. It's like a whole new house.

Had large area of cracked and broken tile removed in kitchen and utility. Adjacent family room, dining and formal living room were not adequately closed off so had dust everywhere. CRS cleaning crew cleaned from top to bottom and was fantastic. Would love to have them do whole house!

We called CRS to work on a bathroom that was heavily damaged. The bathroom interior walls were covered in mold from previous damages as well. The bathroom needed to be completely gutted and rebuild as new. CRS did ALL of that! In an incredibly quick timely matter. The team was extremely professional, discrete and left no mess whatsoever throughout the demolition, restoration and rebuild. The quality of the work and attention to details from finish to start was pretty amazing. I highly recommend CRS.

Simon and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our 27 year old carpets. They arrived on time, worked in a timely manner, were friendly, and the carpets look very nice. We have been customers for years and continue to be happy with their cleaning services. Would highly recommend their work.

Simon Reyes and his crew were pleasant to work with, competitively priced, prompt, and professional. My hidden leak (between-the-wall) was discovered after baseboard removal. Beware: the slow hidden leak was due to a cluster of substandard roof flashing, trim board installation, and clogged guttering which resulted in water infiltration through the Stucco. Not fun, but CRS made the repair process as painless as possible. I highly recommend them.
