Excellent work, professional, responsive,what else do you need from a contractor that always is going to put you first, I will always recommend this company to anyone who wants a remodel on their home, I will not use anyone else.

I have struggled for months to find a contractor to help me with various projects, including kitchen cabinetry, window reframing, installing flooring. Several contractors have come out and I’ve found myself having to follow up repeatedly for quotes or they are no shows for my projects, etc.

When reaching out to Koyck’s Renovations, not only were they incredibly responsive, but professional and efficient as well.

I've used Koyck for every one of my remodels over the last several years and will continue to do so. Extremely professional, responsive, communicative with impeccable work for an incredible price. My dad used a different company for his first project and immediately regretted it and has been using Koyck ever since.

I always have a hard time deciding who to go with when it comes to improving my home. The home I had purchased had a bathroom that needed to be fully redone due to the bath having plastic walls and an old tub.
They were well accommodating when it came down to pricing and what materials would work best for what I wanted. They took their time to make sure they renovate the bathroom that I wanted and I'm happy to know that I have someone in contact that can continually count on for future home projects.

When I wanted to remodel my bathrooms, I had no idea who to hire. I found Koyck’s Renovations page
on Facebook and then found out a friend was using him. I got a few bids from several different
companies but knew I was going to use Koyck’s as soon as John came over and did my bid. He had a
very long wait, I would say 7-8 months and let me tell you He was worth the wait. I was very nervous at
such a big renovation but he listened to what I wanted and was available to answer all of my questions
and make me feel very secure even before the work began.
Jhon Koyck is very honest, friendly, trust worthy, hardworking and always punctual. He told me he
would be at my house at 7:30 each morning and I will tell you all the months he was at my house he was
never late or left me wondering if he was going to show up. He was always at my house by 7:30. On top
of all these wonderful qualities this man has he does Beautiful work. Jhon took my vision and brought it
to life in a way I could not imagine. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He and his crew were
always thoughtful of my home and I trusted them to be there even when I was not able to stay home. I
am a Realtor and have worked with many contractors and I will tell you none compare to the work and
character of this company. Jhon has become a trusted friend of mine that I refer to my family and
friends as well as clients and they have all been very impressed with him as well.

Everyday at the end of his work day he would clean up and have a conversation with me to see if I had
any questions or concerns. Etc. If I ever needed something changed or talk through the progress, he
always took the time to listen and would address it right away. His work is absolutely beautiful and I
would not trust anyone else to do anything in my house but Jhon Koyck. I was so impressed with Jhon
and his crew that I had them come back and remodel my Kitchen and a few other things in my home. It
is stunning because of his skill and workmanship. There is nothing he cannot do. Not only is Jhon a
gifted contractor that goes above and beyond, he is a wonderful human being that I now consider a

There is no need to be nervous about using Koyck's for your renovation. Jhon was very patient with me and answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the process. He made good suggestions along the way that made the project turn out better than expectations. Jhon was on site working every day and does not farm out his work. He takes a lot of pride in his quality. His team was very professional and cleaned as they worked each day. I was very impressed with the quality and expertise of my renovation.
