I like working with Chrystal and Oswald. They gave me updates about the progress of my client home. They are wonderful sales reps. I like working with them!

Derek was quick to set up a time to view our home. Along with that, he answered all my questions about the house before I could even ask them. He helped to make the process move smoothly and kept me updated with pictures of the house. I very much appreciated him throughout the process!

We had a great experience working with this team. They were extremely helpful, transparent and thorough throughout our entire process when our home was being built. They were always available for questions and checked in with us weekly with updates. Even when there were some of the occasional hiccups in paperwork or misunderstands in our lengthy communication, they were quick to help us figure things out and get back on track. From my first visit, Crystal James, the sales agent was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a specific need to have a floor plan with space for my mom to live with us, the Laredo accomplished this. We did some extensive research and didn't find another floor plan that meet our needs or our budget. Part of the reason the price was right is the production building, which does limit customization. For us, that was not a deal breaker, and that is what kept it affordable for us. The utility situation has been resolved, which caused some delays, but was not the builders fault. In fact, it is remarkable what was accomplished with no power. Jason Yarborough, our builder, has been awesome through the building process and in the follow-up. Great team, I highly recommend DR Horton.
