Stephen did a fantastic job repairing a punctured coil on our condenser. Alan also recharged the AC at our church and put UV dye in the system so we can find out where the leak is coming from in the future. Every experience I've had with Air Flow has very good. From the front office to the techs, I am very impressed with this company. I definitely recommend calling them whenever you need heating and air service.

We have used AFT for the last 8 years. Every experience has been excellent. They recently installed a new unit. Tom’s expertise and communication was great. The technicians have always been professional and willing to take the time to explain the situation and options. Scott always helped to get me scheduled in a very timely manner. Highly recommend

Scott and Tom and their crews were amazing. They did a huge job for us and we couldn’t be happier. Hats off to them and Sherry. She offered us electric heaters when it was so cold in December. We just received a new heat & air system with upgraded duck work in the attic from Air Flow Technologies. The work they did was impressive from start to finish. This company goes above the norm for the quality of their work, cleanup and the empathy for the customer.

From the start, Air Flow was prompt, thorough, and responsive. Air Flow put in a complete new heat/air system with new overhead ducts in my house. This house is "unique" in design and has vaulted ceilings in some rooms, regular ceilings in others, as well as other things in the design the made converting to overhead ducts "challenging". I also added a few changes and additions I wanted to do as well that presented a few more challenges. Tom, Gus, and Edwin spent a lot of time prior to quoting the job to make sure it was even possible, they were considerably more thorough than the other two companies that quoted the job. Once the Air Flow guys got to work on the job, which was a big one, they were thorough, professional, cleaned up every day, and did great work. Thanks again Gus, Edwin, Tom & Scott for a job well done, start to finish!

Our experience with Air Flow Tech was pretty seamless. Tom came out first and gave us several options for replacing our entire 1970/80's system. Our installation took 2 days. Mike and the young man assisting him listened to our concerns and made everything look really nice. Tom followed up with all our registration and paperwork and we are good to go. Appreciate it!

Gus came out today to do a Spring maintenance on our A/C. This was the first time we have used Air Flow & we were very pleased. Gus is an excellent face for the company, very conscientious, hard working and very personable. In our opinion, Gus is a great asset for Air Flow. We will be recommending Air Flow to friends & family!

Air Flow Technologies are a wonderful comoany. The technician was very friedndly and extremely knowledgeable. He was prompt, thorough, organized and did not leave a mess when he was finished. Office staff is friendly. I will be using Air Flow Tech again for my A/C and heating issues. Highly recommend.

This company is amazing...They are honest.. and very friendly..Kasey was amazing when I called and had questions for her..their AC techs that they sent out Edwin and Marcus were very friendly. Explained everything to my dad that he needed to know. They did a very efficient job and cleaned up before they left.. so if you are looking for a amazing AC company this is them..thank you so much

My review from a couple of weeks ago disappeared so I will do my review again.
Gus and Edwin came out that morning to do a check up and tuneup on my system before winter really set in. They were so nice, personable and well-mannered. They did such a thorough job. I was very pleased. I feel very confident going into winter.

Edwin and and David came out yesterday to inspect a noise my heater was making. Of course, it didn't make the noise while they were there. Didn't find anything, but took care of another issue. The heater is working great! It was a very pleasant experience once
again.

I also want to give a shout out to the girls in the office. It's always enjoyable talking with them and they always keep me posted as to what's going on and when they're on the way to my house.

Upgraded for effciency and thrilled with the service!! We made the decision to upgrade our 17-year builders grade A/C and heat exchanger and are so happy with this company we had to share our experience. From the first call to Kacey who set this all up for us to the salesperson Tom, both professional and friendly, this started out quickly. The installers Steven, David and Edwin have wonderful work ethics and are friendly, extremely neat, and work very hard. We are happy with our new Amana system and give 10 stars out of 10 to this amazing company “ Air Flow Technologies, Yukon Oklahoma.

After experiencing a power strike that killed our A/C I called Air Flow hoping to get it fixed but not actually expecting a good experience. Kacey answered the phone and was very cordial, patient and scheduled a tech visit much sooner than I had expected. The technician, Steven, showed up on time, and not only solved a most difficult problem but was very professional, friendly and had a good sense of humor. When I was presented with the bill I was amazed at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with the overall service we received I called and talked to Scott, the owner of Air Flow, to express my appreciation. I had previously used another company, triple play, and after 2 outrageously high estimates which showed they didn’t want my business and people who must’ve thought I was loaded I decided to move on.

My neighbors referred me to air flow and my neighbors are the good picky type, the young man came in and introduced himself and confirmed what we were doing and got to work quickly and efficiently.

When done he explained everything assured me the system was in good running order and the Freon was exactly where it should be and we even had a nice short conversation, there was no high pressure to buy or add something as the previous company I mentioned above did.

I am perfectly happy with what was done and even though I told him the shoe covers weren’t necessary he explained it was company policy and didn’t want to take any chances and I understand that having been in the service industry.

Air Flow Technologies responded to my early evening voicemail I left them within 1 HOUR, on a weekend August 31st, after business hours when I was in dire need for my home A/C unit to work and cool my home during a HOT Saturday going into Sunday, I was frustrated believing it was gonna be miserable and so uncomfortable being hot in my home that weekend because I wouldn't be able to contact anyone to repair my Home A/C unit til that far off Monday.
Thank you Scott and Gus for the most excellent customer service and a job well done! Promptly completed repair, Air Flow to the rescue, they had my Home A/C unit up and running early the next day to my family and my relief.
This was the 2nd time I needed their services and it only keeps getting better from the high standard of customer service they provide.

Shopping for a new home ac. Zero pressure but a lot of helpful information including videos from other sources. Installation was super professional and went that extra mile. Customer service was wonderful.
