Ben responded immediately to my call for help. Contractors had nicked the Freon line killing the AC. The next day it was repaired! In this heat, it was a blessing! Thank you Ben!

I had a problem with my air conditioner not working. After looking online and several attempts at troubleshooting the problem, I broke down and called Platinum Heat And Air, LLC . Within and hour and a half I had a very friendly technician knocking at my front door. This was a much faster response than I expected on a Saturday evening. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had my system up and running in a matter of minutes. The technician was professional, knowledgable and did not try to sell me any unneccessary services, which is somethng I greatly appreciated.

Recommend Platinum. Excellent job at fair price. Do not get ripped off by other Heat and Air people. Get multiple bids and be sure to include Platinum Heat and Air. They sell Bryant equipment which I have had at my residence for over 20 years and performs well.

it was hot and getting hotter. Air conditioner was out. I called and talked to Ben and he came over the next morning - moving appointments around to get to me asap.
Told me the estimated cost before he started and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Would absolutely call him again. like so many, he could have hit me with all these other problems (real or imaginary) and billed for everything but he told me the true problem and fixed it.

I contacted Platinum Heateat and Air and the owner,  Benjamin Bioriato returned my call quickly. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my entire system with a heat pump. I I had asked Platinum to come and give me a quote on a new system. I was hoping to beat the $6,932 I was quoted by the first company. Benjamin came out and was perfectly on time. He communicated aptly, was very competent, and ended up fixing my problem that I was told I'd have to replace the entire system for, for around $300. If you are looking for an honest, competent , prompt, thoughtful and hardworking AC service you can trust, contact Platinum. They will be our only servicer from now on.

Came across Platinum Heat and Air after coming home to no heat on a cold 26 degree night. Ben was at my home within 20 minutes after hours and was very professional, friendly and informative about what may have caused the problem. Would recommend to anybody I know.

Called for an a/c tune up in this heat wave we're in. They came out and got my a/c running even better than it was already doing! Reasonably priced for charging the system as it was a little low. Will definitely use them again in the future!
