Not just a solution their ideas are always come up with something new and special that makes ur living space more excited and cozy. I always suggest my friends and family to give them a responsibility to make ur home special. If we talk about the price's, they are unbeatable.

Fantastic experience working with Manjeet - Simertech Construction and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They made the legal basement process stress-free. They stayed on schedule and within budget, which gave us so much peace of mind. We highly recommend Manjeet to anyone looking to undertake a basement renovation or legal suite conversion

Great company and they always return your phone call

I reached out to Simertech Construction for a possible job for a house in Windsor and had a very disappointing experience. I contacted Manjeet and followed up with him for about a week, but he never showed up and never provided a price estimate.

This lack of responsiveness was a complete waste of time for me, and I ultimately had to find someone else for the job. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Simertech Construction due to their unprofessionalism and poor communication.
