Many electrician available in Windsor with professional knowledge but Rick wilton stands out from rest because of the quality of his work PLUS his customer service, professional attitude he is such a friendly person. I never had to check on him when he was working, delivered above expected. He committed to come 8am Monday I saw him outside @7:55 waiting. He said 7on start date he was there precisely.
