Of course the furnace went out on a Saturday. I was told by one team member that someone would be out as soon as they had supper. Didn't fault that, but they came ASAP before their supper and stayed for ages trying to figure things out. They couldn't figure out the issue, but got the furnace going, then for a couple of weeks, not only did they research trying to find the cause of the issue, but checked in to make sure the furnace was still going. If it hadn't got started, they would have brought in heaters for me. Of three companies called that night, they were the only ones to confirm that they would come. Kudos!

Furnace went out Saturday morning and Justin showed up ASAP to diagnose the problem. Found the issue right away and had the part in his warehouse. Super quick and respectful! Would very much recommend
