Same day service, was here right on time. Very friendly knew what the problem was even before the back was off the dryer. Very reasonable price
I would call again without hesitation.

We called Richard Strong on Friday at 9am he was her by 10:30 for our fridge checked over everything thoroughly
Freezer working bottomed not ,he did adjustments and we had to wait 24...called him 10pm that night and he was back this morning at 9am...went threw other things,until he found the exact problem ,he isn't charging us for today...
He is a very knowledgeable man...with many years of experience... to many reviews are negative ,people upset they have to pay for 10 min work or to say it's unfixable....every company charges to come out to determine the problem...doesn't matter 10 min or 5 hours... He has proven to us that most people are to judgy....we are very satisfied with his work.

NEVER again will I call him again..RIPOFF

Wish I would have read reviews. Service charge of $100 for less than 5 minutes of his time.

This guys a joke.
I specifically asked him if he fixes LG fridges - he stated yes.
He came to my place - said compressor was gone and can’t fix it, doesn’t touch LG.
You owe me 350$

Do NOT waste your money! The service guy came out, started up the dishwasher and said "you should buy a new one".(it's only 7 years old) He charged $80 for a 4 minute visit and didn't even bother to take a screw out. I will never call Strong's appliance again!

The guy is robbing money. He came to my house first time to check the stove and can not find the problem why it is not working. The he came another time and found that the problem is the loose connection of a wire. He just push it in and he charged me $250, which is really crazy. I would no longer hire him to help me. I would like to share this experience because I do not want other people to be robbed by him.

STRONG APPLIANCE is not honest! He ripped me off for $260.00 for being at my house 20 minutes. Due to lint being at the bottom of my fridge. Makes me suspect when a business won t accept anything but cash
No credit cards period.
Do not give any business to this company, you will get ripped off too. I am so mad I could spit nails! No bill either. Wonder what CRA would think about that!!

$125 service charge for 5 mins to come say appliance is dead. Did not tell us the charge before coming.. If this man is your last hope.. google is more help...

I had been having problems with my dishwasher. It would stop mid cycle and alarm out. But when he came by, the machine ran fine.
But he did not perform any diagnosis or root cause analysis. Charged us $100 for the visit and that was that.
We called them back again a couple of days later and asked to provide worth of the $100 charged previously since the problem is clearly not fixed. But he said it's an electrical fault and he can't help with it and asked to call the manufacturer.
I knew it was an electrical fault. And this tells me this company can't handle electrical jobs it seems.
I would rather just go to manufacturer and get ripped off by them. At least they'll fix my machine.

My wife made the mistake of calling this guy to come and "repair" our dryer.

He told her "he could fix it no problem" for $150 and she took him at his word. At no time did he explain how much it would cost if he couldnt fix it.

Of course, when he uncovered the problem-- after fifteen minutes if having me turn the breaker on and off about 20 times-- he found out the part was discontinued and the dryer could not be fixed.

Strange that HE couldn't figure out it was too old of a dryer to find parts for before he showed up at the house, considering the two repairmen I had called previously BOTH warned me not to waste my money on a house call due to the old make and model of the unit.

My wife wasn't so lucky when she called him. Sorry folks, that'll be $80 please.

Naturally, he left the dryer drum and control panel he removed strewn about the bathroom AND refused my wife's request to clean it up and put it back when he was done. He said he would do it for $10, however.

Shady, irresponsible and underhanded. Give this guy a call if that's what you're looking for in a repairman.

Do not waste your money! I had some problem with my dishwasher. This old man came to my house to check the dishwasher, he touch the control panel that's it and left within one minute. Did not open the dishwasher and did not take it out. The next day he came to my house to get $100 I asked him $100 for what just touching the dishwasher. When I refused to pay he started making racist comments. This old man is racist and ripping off people. If you want save money go somewhere else.

This guy is a shyster! Charges $100 to show up at my home, plugs in my fridge and says call me in 6 hours to see if it's still working. I already knew it wasn't working! Then he says I owe him $125 instead of $100. Definitely not an expert in appliances, but in taking people's money when they are desperate!

Complete rip off never will i call him again. Charged me $400 for 30 minute repair and a $40 part.

Called him for a dryer that kept shutting off. He came to our house, disassembled our dryer and told us that the dryers computer was fried and not worth replacing. He even asked if he could take our dryer home for parts since it was no good to us. We declined and he charged us $150 ($100 to show up and $50 for 15 minutes of his time) and left. I reassembled the dryer myself and determined the issue was a bad breaker.
