Very nice display of materials at the shop. Staff was very helpful with the initial kickoff meet and provided some great ideas. Neighbours used them and the results were amazing.

Landscape Effects took over our snow removal and landscaping needs last fall and we could not be happier with the service and professionalism of their staff.

All I have to say is WOW! They have done and amazing job bring a store front to not only the public but contractors that is OUT OF THOS WORLD. From the smallest rocks to out door furniture and pool tables this place has it all. If you can't find it there they don't make it. Stop in check it out and see for yourself.

Amazing!! There was no question we wanted them to do our backyard! We felt they were the only ones who 'got' our style. From design, to build to completion, they were amazing to work with and they nailed it! We absolutely love our back yard thanks to LFX! This team knows their stuff!

Reed and his team did an amazing job on our backyard . A relief to have such a professional company to work with. You may find someone cheaper but not with the quality and high standards of this company. Thank you for a stress free project.

The team at LFX, worked with us over two years to turn our postage stamp sized back yard into our dream oasis. They are by no means inexpensive but you get what you pay for, and in their case, you get even more. They are professional, easy to work with, take guidance while making excellent design suggestions. We are so pleased with their work we have asked them to do a front porch and postage stamp yard redesign next year.
We have no qualms highly recommending them. -
Paul & Sabine have been amazing to work with - their energy, passion, and commitment to the industry and community is evident and really inspiring. The knowledge and expertise they have in the Landscape space is remarkable - would definitely recommend them :)

We’ve really enjoyed working with the team at Landscape Effects. They have a great eye for design and always find ways to make Station Grill outdoor kitchens fit seamlessly into their projects. The spaces they create feel welcoming, functional, and perfect for outdoor living.

Great place for your landscaping needs
-
Often out of stock, some issues with quotes and orders and delivery. But they do have a nice showroom.
-
Poor service
Excuse after excuse
Grass is 2 feet high -
One of their reckless employees drove over my box tree with their kubota
-
Enormous Amount of leaf
clippings left in pool an response was we will try to do better next time -
I'm not complaining about a service, but this should be a reflection of the pride employees should have for who they represent, I live in Heritage Estates and there is someone who lives there that has the company logo truck with a snow removal shovel, the irony is the sidewalk in this property is never cleared when it snows, everyone around does and this forces people who are walking to go around it on the road.

We did sub-contracting for Landscape Effects for approximately five years, and I will tell you how they work, so you do not fall into the quicksand. Landscape Effects is not awarded the contracts directly from the source (property Owner) in most cases. I’ll give you an example. TD Bank awards a contract to BGIS for all maintenance from mechanical to landscaping throughout Canada. Then they tender the landscape maintenance out. Landscape FX wins the tender. Then they subcontract the work again to a local “mom and pop” landscaping company for very little. The Mom and Pop Companies are required to download apps, purchase third-party documentation programs and follow strict rules. You also have to pay out of pocket for a Criminal Records Check yearly. Landscape FX might make money off the third-party apps that these small companies are required to purchase because it helps Landscape Effects do their reporting job. The money they pay these “mom and pop” landscaping companies is insufficient to pay the cost of work or overhead. Then Mom and Pop companies hope to get “extras” such as mulch or redesign each year to cover expenses; if not, they reach into their own pockets. If contracted for winter work, the monthly fee you receive rarely covers the cost of salt. The only good thing is the staff can be friendly. Also getting staff and family to give you 5 star reviews on here is unprofessional in my opinion.
