As a first time customer I expected an answering machine with a “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours. I almost fell over when Amanda answered the phone!! Right from the start she made me feel welcomed and was so eager to try and accommodate my needs! Bill was able to come that same day, in July during a heat wave, to look at and actually fix my AC!!!! I was definitely expecting 2-3 weeks before anyone could come out! This is an amazing team and are now my go to for any of my HVAC needs! Highly recommend.

Replaced our furnace with a new Lennox. Great to deal with, delivered as promised and on time. Added bonus is they are local!

When the AC quit working they were very helpful & professional over the phone. The team was there promptly and repaired the unit. Fantastic family run business that treats you like you’re family too.

Extremely efficient and amazing customer service. Our A/c was dying in the middle of a heat wave and because I run an at-home business they were able to squeeze me in for a new installation, they couldn't have been more understanding of my situation!

They couldn't make the repair I needed (they no longer service oil furnaces) but the owner gave me suggestions on who to reach out to and thank goodness she did. We would have never found the people who are ultimately coming out to help us. Thank you!!!!

Woke up this morning to 30+ temp in the house with our air conditioner down. Called GRHC at 8:30am and within 2 hours the parts were replaced and we are back up and running!! if your not calling them for HVAC service and replacement your calling the wrong place.

10/10 our first call every time. Amanda, Bill and Dylan are the best people to deal with, ever. Always exceedingly fast response time as well as honest and fair advice.
