We had a fantastic experience with Mike! He was quick, patient, responsive, honest and open with our quote and helping us decide the best option for our new furnace, AC, humidifier and duct work.

The work was completed within 1.5 days and everything was a breeze. He is super friendly and was very responsible with our home. His pricing is extremely competitive and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend!

Michael went out of his way to get my furnace working again, on a Friday of the Christmas long weekend!!!. Definitely, would call again!!!

Mike Tennant is a professional, efficient and an affordable HVAC technician. Our furnace had a malfunction during the coldest weekend and Mike was able to accomodate us within hours and have our home nice and warm. We appreciated the service!!!

Mike installed a brand new ductless 3 head unit. He was efficient, communicated well, and did an overall great job. Helped with some other repairs also that were important to safety of the home. Highly recommend.

Returned from a family vacation to find our furnace not working. Mike scheduled an appointment and got us back up and running quickly and made some additional recommendations to our system to help improve it. Overall all fantastic service and would recommend.

Mike is an incredible HVAC technician who really came through for us after we received several unreliable quotes for a heat pump retrofit from others in the Hamilton area. Mike's quoted price was beyond reasonable and he worked diligently to complete the installation in just a day and a half. No corners were cut and the install is truly one of the cleanest I've ever seen, despite our HVAC system being a mess and Mike having to clean up and reconnect several vents/returns. We've had the system running in both heating and cooling mode the past week and it runs like a dream. I highly recommend Mike's services for any HVAC needs – only wish he did other contracting jobs as well!

I really should have wrote this in November when Mike did both of our fireplaces.
Although not an easy task because our house is 97 years old. Lol. Mike took them on and was finished within a few weeks from start to finish. Very professional, and prices were very reasonable. Not to mention. He’s local!!
Well this morning I awoke to no central air. 🤬🤬
I messaged Mike very early. He answered me within 10 minutes and told me either later today or early tomorrow morning.
Mike came today. Was only there for about an hour. Knew what the problem was very quickly. And had the part needed with him.
House was cool within the hour.
So I really needed to write this review now.
Big big big shout outs to Mike and his business.

Mike came to install a new heat pump and repaired our furnace as well. Excellent service, great attitude and cleaned everything up when he was done. HIGHLY recommend Tennants for all heating and cooling needs. Friendly and reliable!!

Mike was so personable to deal with, it turned a bad situation into a great one! We were very happy with the care and attention he gave us in replacing our furnace and was happy to share his expertise regarding other heating issues in our home. Highly recommend!!!

Called them due to a breakdown in communication with a previously hired HVAC guy for a property in Dunnville and because I happen to have seen them at the Timmies drive-thru (car wraps/decals totally work). Very responsive, punctual, communicates well regarding estimates, products and services. Will definitely use for other projects

What a relief. We ran into some furnace issues and did what everyone else does and started reading reviews. I landed on Tenant heating and cooling, I made a few phone calls to get a feel for the company, I find these conversations to be a good gauge on the company/team and service to come. Mike and his team left us feeling good based on the conversation. Nothing felt ‘salesy’.

I made the call, Mike was confident and reassuring that he was able to address the issue. Quick to respond his company made us comfortable knowing the fix was being done right, he explained what issue, provided a solution and fixed the problem, Honest work and fair prices.

I think the biggest take away from this experience is the peace of mind moving forward knowing (hopefully not needed) that Mike and his team are phone call away and we will be taken care of with peace of mind.

Absolutely recommend Tenant heating and cooling to anyone needing work done. Great work guys! Thank you again.

I almost never leave Google reviews but I was so impressed with Tennant's Heating and Cooling I wanted to share a review. I had no prior knowledge of the company but discovered them through reddit after seeing a few posts about how good the price/work was compared to a lot of the really big companies. Those posts were definitely right. Mike was extremely thorough, took all the time in the world and was patient with my many questions. I had had a quote from a much larger company who quoted me a furnace/heat pump system that was almost three thousand dollars more expensive for the same quality and warranty. It was nice also being able to talk through different options and the pros/cons of each. Mike was flexible with working around my busy yet fairly urgent timeline and just overall very professional without ever trying to upsell me product. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new AC, furnace and/or heat pump.
