Peter came to our house to take a look at our very old ornamental maple which had split over the winter. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was happening with the tree as well as showing us how to care for it so that we will be able to enjoy it for many more years to come. My fence was damaged when a neighbour's tree fell on it. Twenty Valley came out immediately and cleared the tree branches off my property. I have 3 dogs and they were even nice enough to secure my fence so my dogs could not escape. They went above and beyond.

Peter and his staff were here two days ago and did an excellent job. Good communication, quick and friendly service, and a very reasonable price. They cut down an overgrown crabapple and trimmed some ornamental cedars. Every last piece was chipped or taken with them and my yard is spotless. Don't expect to have any more tree issues but if I do, would call them in a minute.

Pete and his crew spent the day here in Jordan Valley removing 3 large trees, trimming trees in our driveway and removing 4 stumps. We are so pleased with everything. We have used Twenty Valley twice now and have been very happy with them, from first contact to end of job. Pete will work with you to try to accommodate your budget, communicates well, shows up when he's supposed to, and does a great job of the work he committed to do. He's also very honest, both with respect to what he can and cannot do, and with respect to any small casualties incurred when I've asked him to take a 60-foot tree out of a very tight space. Stuff happens, but he makes it right. I can't comment much on cleanup as we opted to do our own, however, he still didn't leave as much behind as we'd agreed he'd leave behind. The whole crew was really friendly and respectful, and very easy to deal with. I hate losing any of my mature trees but when I have to, I'm calling Twenty Valley again. Ten stars, four thumbs up.
