John and his crew did a great job of relocating our furnace,and installing a new AC unit for us.I would highly recommend them!

When our furnace went down the day before Christmas Murdoch HC seemed to be the only place we called/went to that was interested in helping us. We needed a small piece to get our furnace running again (during the blizzard!) and the man who helped us had the part and was a life saver!

John installed a new furnace for us last winter and did a great job. He came back this spring to check our air conditioner per our agreement. While here John went beyond what was expected and told us to call if we had any problems and sincerely meant it. He knows his stuff. We'll recommend John for any heating or air conditioning work. Any more work needed we won't look we'll just call John.

I am very pleased with this service. Great follow through and very knowledgeable. Explained everything in user friendly terms. He was knowledgeable and his prices were reasonable. He communicated his schedule very well. He was HONEST about everything. We wouldn't even think about looking for another person to do any of our HVAC (I have dealt with 5 others while building my house).

We were having our roof done and decided the old chimney was due to go. The roofers took the chimney out and Murdoch's was here the next day to install a new Class B. Solid work.
Showed up on time and finished on schedule.
Murdoch's has installed and maintained our AC and furnace.
So glad we have someone local who does such high quality of work.

I want to start off by saying this, polite, kind and professional business.

The service provided was exceptional, demonstrating extensive knowledge and fair pricing. The work performed was top notch.

John assessed the previous substandard installation done by a friend and provided a quote for reinstalling my mini split system. He expertly rehung the unit, installed new set lines and a drain line, and properly drained, weighed, and refilled the refrigerant to ensure optimal levels.

Additionally, John identified that the electrical wire accompanying the unit (Which was installed by a certified electrician) was not compliant with Canadian regulations. He promptly resolved this issue, ensuring that the entire installation met all safety requirements

Very happy with my choice to go with Murdoch for my new hot water heater! They were very quick but thorough, and very reasonably priced. Also very nice and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Definitely recommend, especially if you want to support local!

We are very pleased with the service from this company. I contacted them earlier on in the week to request a service on our AC unit. John came out today and was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and why he was doing it. He was honest, and took his time to do things properly. On top of all of this, the price was quite reasonable. If you are looking for quick, affordable, and reputable HVAC services, this is a great company.

Honesty and integrity is difficult to find today, John came out to look at my furnace for a mechanical issue, and since my furnace was still functional at 25 yrs old, a carbon monoxide problem was a sure thing, so I had him replace the furnace, great installation and they cleaned up after themselves, you’d never know they were here! Great job gentlemen!🫡

John is the nicest guy and is so honest and super reasonable!! Quick service too! We completely trust in him to take care of our heating and cooling needs. He definitely knows his stuff!!
