The crew removed and disposed of 2 giant poplar trees in my backyard and did a great job.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did a great job trimming our trees in the backyard... The estimate was bang on and reasonable

Employee screamed at my children, grabbed my daughter and threatened to call the police. Do not recommend this company. Employee should be charged with verbal and physical assault.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because I have called this company 3 times over the past 2 seasons to have work done, I live just 5 mins from them and they never return calls. I try to give local businesses work, but when they do not answer their phone or return calls it really makes me wonder about their services too? I will not be calling them again. Sorry County Wide Tree Service, I tried but its been a waste of my time to call and wait for a reply.

I called in July requesting services and I was told they would get back to me in September as they were very busy. I had no issue waiting to hear back given a timeframe. It is now the middle of October and I have not heard back. I tried calling again, left a voicemail a week ago and still have not heard. Had I known I was waiting 3 months for absolutely nothing, I would have gladly sought services elsewhere. Very disappointing, disrespectful and not a way to run a business.

I am utterly appalled with the behaviour of one the senior employees of this company. After shouting at my wife and children, he proceeded to grab my child’s arm and drag her away from the area. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

An apology would have prompted me to remove this poor rating, however you have decided to try and justify the “owner’s” behaviour. My family was not interfering nor in any danger, they were trying to avoid the fallen tree. He had no excuse to grab my 3 year-old child and drag her across a busy road!

During the last big storm, 4 large trees from the Kingsville High School property fell onto mine and my neighbors property. The high school was notified and they contacted the Greater Essex County District School Board who in turn called County Wide Tree Service to have them remove the trees from our yard. When the crew arrived they were asked to put down some plywood to protect our lawn, as the lawn was just put down this fall. They complained about putting down the plywood, so they were TOLD to put it down. After they put it down, they then made a phone call and the next thing we knew, they were packing up and leaving.....not to return. Phone calls were made and their excuse was, the neighbors were complaining about them possibly hurting the new grass. County Wide Tree Service was very unprofessional and we will be dealing another company in the future. I guess the bearded one doesn’t like being told what to do.
