Wonderful folks

Excellent customer service and work. When our basement got destroyed by flooding they were here right away and worked with us to restore everything to even better then it was before. Highly recommended and all the workers were great.

We have had a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a basement renovated by Across Canada Restoration . Their care and attention to detail and design is top notch. Rob listens to what we are hoping to attain and makes it happen. His crew are excellent craftsmen and respectful of the clients homes they are working in. I Had a flood the same night I took possession of my new home, and Cross Canada Restoration came highly recommended, so I contacted them right away. They immediately put me at ease, and answered all my questions. Their emergency clean up team arrived at my property within the hour. They worked very quickly and efficiently to remove all the damage and debris from my basement, and began the restoration process. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and skill provided by their entire staff. I absolutely love the work that was done. Not only does my basement look amazing, but I have piece of mind, knowing that they were so thorough in ensuring that the foundation was properly dried and re-enforced, to prevent future issues. We experienced a massive flood in our basement after our hot water tank failed, leaving 3–4 inches of water throughout the entire area. From the moment Cross Canada Restoration arrived, they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Their team responded quickly, explained every step of the process clearly, and handled the situation with care and urgency. The workmanship was top-notch, and the communication throughout the restoration was excellent.

Please disregard my last post if it didn't get deleted. There had been a misunderstanding. Appointment made, did show and due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to make it at the time of the appointment but did notify me will be running late. We have not used them yet, just waiting for a quote to be approved.

Rob and his team were prompt efficient and thorough. I would recommend them and if I ever need the services of a restoration company in the future I won't hestitate to give them a call.

The experience with Across Canada Restoration was frustrating. They took advance payment and disappeared midway through the renovation.
