We were extremely happy with all the work done at our cottage. The owner Andrew is excellent to deal with and a great person, you won't be disappointed. His crew are all fantastic people and hard working , we would easily recommend Andrew and his crew to anyone.

We had ACN Electric come out to the cottage to fix a couple of electrical outlets and install a couple of new outdoor outlets. They were amazing !
The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at determining the issue and fixing them. The outside installation also went smoothly ! We would highly recommend Andrew and the guys at ACN Electric for all your electrical needs !!! We can't say enough good things about them .

If I could give 0 I would. Supposed to come yesterday morning, no show. Phoned the office at noon and told we were on the list and they would call back. No call. Phoned again at 3:30 ... no answer. Here we are the next day. Still no call. My reco .... pick another electrician.

‼️Caution based on my experience with ACN‼️

I am sharing only my personal experience to help others make informed decisions. We hired Andrew (ACN) during the construction of our home. In my experience, the project took much longer than we expected it, over six months, closer to a year. Throughout that time, communication was difficult for us. Many of my calls were not returned, and most updates came only after I emailed multiple times.

Based on my understanding, some of the work was left incomplete, and certain items, such as, pot lights were added even though we had not requested them. These were later included on the invoice. I also found the billing process confusing, and the final amount we were asked to pay was higher than what we believed we owed. We chose to pay the amount requested because we were concerned about delaying our mortgage approval and wanted to move forward.

A neighbour of mine also shared with me that they had difficulties and ultimately hired someone else, although I can only speak directly to what I personally experienced.

Overall, my experience with Andrew-ACN was challenging, and I would encourage anyone considering hiring this company to make sure everything is clearly documented in writing, maintain thorough communication records, and ensure timelines and expectations are fully clarified before starting any work.
