We contacted Manjeet at MJ Ontario Constructions about finishing our basement and right from our first telephone conversation we knew we found the right company. Manjeet, Varinder and Gurjit are amazing as is all the sub contractors that they use. Not a bad thing to say about a single person. Multiple times we had to leave our house while they were working and always felt comfortable. They are 100% trustworthy. One time my wife and I had to leave for an appointment and I forgot to tell Varinder to just close the door behind him. Our appointment took longer than expected and when we returned Varinder was done what he had to do for the day and was sitting in his vehicle in the driveway. He was waiting for us to return home before leaving the house unlocked. That speaks volumes! I will end with this we are extremely happy with the work they did and are forever grateful. I dont write google reviews often, but Manjeet and team recently renovated our approx 1200sq ft Basement.
Basement renovations in Windsor is pretty expensive costing around $75-$90k but they charged us a incredibly good price and delivered a quality job without cutting any corners.

Manjeet did a great job repairing the exterior of our mudroom. He communicated with us frequently throughout the process and was very affordable. Will definitely call on him for future projects!

I first want to say after calling every contractor in Windsor and surround area MJ construction was the cheapest rates, him and his team built me a custom pantry, which was the best quality I have ever seen. I recently had the pleasure of working with MJ Ontario Constructions to create a basement ADU (added a full kitchen, a new bedroom, and fire separation drywalls) in Ontario, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience and the outcome. From start to finish, Manjeet was a fantastic person to work with. He provided fair quotes and was incredibly flexible throughout the entire project.

What stood out the most was his ability to listen to our needs, keep our budget in mind and suggest only what was absolutely required without cutting any corners. This honesty and reliability made the entire process stress-free. Manjeet also has a strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, which proved invaluable. His expertise helped us save a significant amount of money by demonstrating relevant OBC guidelines to the city's building official, which avoided the need to remove bathroom walls.

We had pulled a permit for the basement ADU, and Manjeet took charge of scheduling inspections and worked seamlessly with the City of Windsor inspectors, ensuring that all inspections were passed without any issues. He interacted with the city several times regarding the permit, making sure that only the necessary work was done and that it was done correctly. He remained committed and focused until the very end, accommodating city inspection comments patiently until we received our occupancy permit.

Moreover, I have referred Manjeet to three of my friends, and each one of them has been just as happy with his work as I am. This consistency in delivering exceptional service speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. He also made sure to engage the right licensed trades for electrical, plumbing, and other critical work, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard.
