Thank you so much to Eagle Heating and Cooling. We have had Matt service our furnace and air conditioner for the last few years, and we find his professionalism superb. He is a top notch technician and is very knowledgeable.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company. I dealt with a gentleman named Chris. He was very responsive and professional. We were able to complete our job very quickly and easily. Everything was very organized. Overall, I would recommend working with this company.

I was so happy with this company. Replaced an old octopus gas gravity system with a brand new system. All the duct work had to be redone. They were very clean and tidy. Done quickly. They did not leave a single screw on the floor. I highly recommend them!

Adam came to our house and after a little bit of discussion and testing, he was able to find out the exact issue.

Not only was he super knowledgeable and informative. He was also very enthusiastic about his work and really seems to love what he does.

Adam is a great young tech who I believe will absolutely thrive in this industry.

I'm thrilled to have my A/C working again. Thank you to Ozzy and his team coming together to replace my HVAC system so quickly. I had my old system removed and the new one installed the same day. The new system works great, and at a good price! Quality work. I'm ecstatic! Highly Recommend.

employee parks his vehicle in two spaces at seniors residence and chats with another contractor for a hour wasting time until its time to check out. makes elderly walk quite a distance while a commercial parking spot is available to these contractors. no consideration and it's not a part of this company obviously

Called for a quote on a AC system and air handler, a representative came took a cpl of pictures and left, haven't heard anything since ,called twice with no answer or quote, even though they responded on here would of been nice to explain the situation on the phone .

DO NOT give this company your business! The person in charge Auzzi is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. You can’t take this company serious. He will use vulgar language if questioned about his disservice. STAY AWAY. Builders should not be using this company!

They install my tankless 2years ago for new builds. It was found leaking the gas by enbridge union gas. It had been leaking a few months already. They even wants to charge me 180 service fee to fix it. Ridiculous. Put my life in risk and refuse to do it by bad quality installation at first time. Bad service.

What an absolute disgrace the "manager" is. Extremely rude and clearly isn't man enough to do his job. Seemed very overwhelmed when needing to warrant a 5 year old AC that was shot. Super nice technician came by and set an appt to have the new unit installed. Next day the manager made his own diagnosis without even looking at the unit and void the warranty. Denied that the technician had told me it would be covered and told me, "I fired that guy and laughed." The following day he has apparently re hired him..

Then said he would call me back with his employee the next day and of course didn't call. I waited a couple hours after the scheduled time and called back. Of course, no answer.

Left a VM and still haven't heard back weeks later.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and it came down to one very small man that couldn't get over his own ego to service a customer. Good luck!

Waiting for 3 weeks already to fix AC. My son fainted today from the heat. I called them and they laughed and made.jokes about it.
