John is the BEST!!! He’s installed all my systems in my previous home and new home. I actually called John out when I was having my home inspection. Not only did he help with the inspection, he helped with fixing some of the minor problems and installed a whole new system with a AMAZING air purifier.
The service is like no other!!!

John and his staff are very professional and accommodating. They did a few extras for us like our dryer hook up that I really appreciated. Great prices too. I have used them twice now for new furnaces etc in my houses. AS

Niagara Home Heating (NHH) was recommended to us by a friend of ours. Our air conditioner (A/C) was down so I called NHH and let them know the situation and that we were actually with another company for the servicing of our A/C, but we wanted a second opinion from NHH. We were told by the other company that we needed a new compressor as it had burnt out and that it would make more sense to buy a new A/C considering we didn't have a warranty anymore on our A/C because it was from 2002. Long story short, we DID NOT need a new compressor and we DID HAVE an existing warranty with our A/C because our A/C was from 2017. John did a great job in getting our A/C back up and running....he literally saved us thousands of dollars! Needless to say, we will not be using the other company anymore for our furnace and A/C servicing needs. My husband and I totally recommend NHH!!

They installed a new furnace at a fair price very quickly after my previous furnace failed. I am happy with that service and the result. Only comment I would make is that the first few times John sent someone out here to look at my furnace it felt like a guessing game what was going on with it. Communication could be a bit more clear, but eventually we got the right result so I'm giving 5 stars. Thanks John and Andrey.

We called this morning and Jordan was able to come by this afternoon!!! Amazing response. We bought a reno/flip and he found the furnace plugged with drywall dust. Cleaned out as much as possible, all the while explaining everything.... he did a great job, very professional. Since we all know more drywall dust will be working through the system, we arranged a follow up service cleaning for mid-Autumn. Happy to have them back for our heating and cooling needs.

Just had central air installed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. What a game changer!!!! The unit works like a charm. John and his employee Andriy worked well together doing a one day install. Very Happy and now I'm one cool gal....thanks to Niagara Home Heating!!!

I've used John's services for approximately 8 years and John has always exceeded my expectations. He is one of those rare contractors who is always reliable and takes personal pride in his work and products. He is exceptionally friendly, caring, reliable, knowledgable and a high level professional.

Over the years John has provided invaluable advice, inspected my air conditioning unit, put in my new furnace and most recently installed my tankless water heater. John even helped me run hot water from the tankless water heater to my outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen in a way I never even would have thought of - and it's AMAZING! Not only do I now have an outdoor shower - it never runs out of hot water and we couldn't possibly love it more!

After my regular heating and air conditioning company for the past 20 plus years (locally owned) charged me $260.00 to tell me both my furnace and air-conditioner were shot I decided to get a couple of estimates prior to purchasing a new system. I am really glad I went out on a whim and called Niagara Home Heating as not only was their pricing cheaper for a better system but they were the only ones who could give me a 10 year warranty on both parts and labour. I don't know the names of all the service technicians that helped with the installment but every single one of them were professional in every aspect of the installation and at one time there was 4 of them working at my house. This is the first time and probably the last time I will rate and review any service but I felt compelled to tell of my experience with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner! Thanks again for the excellent service!

I needed to replace my furnace and looked for the highest rated company in the area and it was Niagara Home Heating. So I gave them a call and spoke with John, the owner. I then got a quote did extensive research online and went with a Goodman top of the line 120,000 BTU unit. The installation went well and then I realized that the model being installed was not the one being marketed online by Goodman. It was the previous model which did not have the functionality I needed. I later found out that it was Goodman’s policy to continue to supply the older units until none remained. So I called John and explained the problem. It took a bit of time because he had to liaise with Goodman’s head office but ultimately the unit was replaced with the upgraded model. I was very confident throughout the process based on the reviews and company values posted on line that the situation would be resolved and it was. I can personally attest that John and his company operate with integrity and live by their statement of values even when it costs them money. I’ve used a number of heating/air conditioning companies in the past but no one is as responsive as John, so I will use them for sure when my air conditioner needs replacing.

Niagara Home Heating has made many furnace and air conditioner service calls to my home over the past few years. I am always extremely happy with how they do their work. They are very professional and always looking for a way to save me money. There was one particular service call where the owner John Adams went way above the call of duty to make sure that I saved a lot of money. I'm so glad I found this company because in todays world it is so hard to find such honesty and integrity in the heating and cooling business. If you are looking for a furnace or air conditioner (new or repair work) look no further because these guys are definitely the best company to deal with.

I called John at Niagara Home Heating because I had been given the run around by another contractor. I had been having problems with my furnace shutting down frequently. He came, promptly, quickly and diagnosed the problem and assured me it was repairable. I couldn't be more happy and impressed! Excellent service and products. One of the best companies I have ever hired. They hire knowledgeable and proficient technicians and their prices are reasonable. They replaced my Furnace , AC and installed a pool heater. They just did an amazing clean and timely job. Thank you John and friendly staff , you were wonderful.

Great service. Replaced my dead furnace in February with a days notice. Installed and cleaned up in 4 hours. Had Niagara Home Heating replace my mother-in-laws furnace the next week. Ten year warranty better than most.

Our furnace went on the blink on Saturday. My sister recommended John and I’m glad she did. John was extremely responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. John came over on a Sunday and repaired my AC unit in a matter of a few minutes. Got it working again right away on one of the hottest weekends of the summer. Amazing service and very professional. Niagara Home Heating should definitely be everyone’s go to heating and air conditioning company.
