Been working with the sure fix team for a few years now. From Joann and Kim answering the phones and setting up the jobs, to the guys following through and completing them, the entire crew and experience is always fantastic!!

I sent in a commercial panini grill in for a warranty issue and in a short time of use it failed again and when I called they immediately sent out a technician whom was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and fixed it with no charge. These guys and girls care about the customer. Great experience!!

Brad Petrus and Sure Fix Team did an exceptional job at my industrial business during 2020 renovations. The work included: underground and above ground rough in plumbing for new plumbing lines. They installed a walk-in shower, 2 new toilets (in new locations) and, moved the kitchen sink to the other side the room. A new city water meter was also connected.

Outside, the team built new hose bibs with copper fitting to service concrete mixer.

The Sure Fix Team was a pleasure to work with. The team was punctual, equipment was well organized, and they definitely went above industry standards in terms of briefing me of the progress and,the timetable of inspections and onsite cleanliness.

Fast and friendly service. Showed up on time and communicated with us the issues we were facing with our kitchen equipment. The quote was very reasonable and the tech was back the next day for repair! I will continue to use this company over and over

From the initial call to set up an estimate, to the completed job- every member of this team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Having a job done during the time of COVID can be unnerving- the installers were very respectful of everyone around them and wore proper PPE. Estimate was reflective of the final bill, which isn't always the case. I'd recommend this company to everyone! There's a reason they've been in the business so long. Wish I found them sooner.
