I was loyal to the electrical store that I completed my co-op at. Lately the service that I received at the competitor was less than desirable. Any questions asked resulted in, "I don't know, I'm not an electrician." Upon going to Parrline, I was greeted and treated with much respect. Questions were answered before I even knew I had a question. Very welcoming, spoke slower so I could understand and so willing to help. Whether I'm a licensed electrician or not, I expect to be treated with respect and Parrline is where that happens!
