Tech Craig arrived at appointed time, professional in appearance and performed our repair quickly and efficiently. Very happy and satisfied with the work performed.

Technician arrived on schedule. He explained in detail what he would be doing, a bi-annual check of my furnace/ac system.
He was very polite and friendly.
He complimented me on the filter changing, cleanliness of the furnace area, and ease of access.
He assured me that my system is in great condition.
Adam was a great professional all around.

Before arriving, Adam guessed our A/C died because of a blown capacitor, and he was right. He had the right capacitor in the truck, and swapped it out in no time. He also cleaned all the dust and spiderwebs off the coils. Perfect!

I had Mailloux Mechanical install a new water heater in our home. They were quick and very clean. They also took care of returning our old water heater rental. Top notch service, highly recommend!

Excellent service , from getting a quote to the installation. Everyone was professional and friendly and they actually listened to my concerns and made sure everything was exactly as discussed and offered suggestions that made the whole project even better than I imagined. I could immediately tell they put the customer first. The installation was on time and there were no hidden or additional costs

It was a very hot week. My a/c started making a grinding noise. Called Dave at Mailloux and he stopped by same day. Needed to replace my unit.
