Once I finally decided to get my fireplace blower replaced Brian ordered a motor . It arrived in just a few days and Chris the tech had it in and running in about an hour. Thumbs up !

The electrician was knowledgeable, professional and personable. His assistant was also personable. Not only did they focus on making repairs but also on safety and cost effectiveness. They responded quickly to meet my needs as well. I definitely recommend them.

Once again I was very impressed with the work Pro Trades completed for me. They installed a back up sump pump system in April. They knew that I would be completing the drywall repair myself and were very good about keeping the area of drywall that had to be cut to a minimum. The gentleman that worked on it left my basement clean and tidy and even called to discuss where he had to cut the drywall prior to making the cuts. 10/10! I'd highly recommend Pro Trades for any trade related work you need done on your house.

It was important that I install a new sump pump quickly and they provided service the next day after my call. Jamie, the plumping technician was very personable and efficient in completing the job.

Jacob and Josh did an excellent installation of our back water valve. This was not an easy job. We were very impressed with their workmanship, neatness and the respect they showed.

Owen was great. Fixed the outside outlet and explained waht would be needed for other work to be quoted out and completed at a later date.

A strange noise was coming from our tankless water heater. the ProTrades tech diagnosed the problem and replaced the condensate pump which had malfunctioned. all is working well. thank you ProTrades. you've always come through, the Mcloskeys

Protrades have been great to deal with. Jeff came to see what I needed done and was very helpful and thorough. He sent 2 electricians to do the electrical inspection. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I like that they didn't try to get me to do any unnecessary work. They made a few minor suggestions- one being to replace the outside plugs with gfi plugs. One of these plugs tripped and couldn't be reset. I called the Protrades office and they had an electrician here within 1/2 hour! Plug was replaced, all is well and I've just had my 3rd fantastic interaction with the service team. The office staff is excellent as well. 5 stars all around. Would highly recommend.

I got fed up with Kingsville's power outages and surges and had Pro Trades install a 14 KW Generac generator. Michel and his partner installed it over two days. They did a excellent job, very neat and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. 3 days after it was installed Hydro One shut down the grid for 5 hours

Kate Quinlan coordinated the appointment to match our schedule, was prompt in her reply and communicated regularly.
Adam diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace, came back with the new parts and did a quick, tidy repair. He arrived on time, covered his work boots upon entry. He communicated clearly throughout the repair, was neat and courteous. Both Kate and Adam are great ambassadors for the Pro Trade brand. I highly recommend Pro Trades.

I called them one they, I had appointment right away for the next day with no waiting time at all. Dave was sent out, who was punctual, very professional, polite with outstanding business manners. He worked fast, very clean with minimal disturbance. Our sink was repaired a month before by another company and now not draining again. He cut off the under-sink pipes that were almost completely closed up with a sticky unremovable deposit from dishes. There was no way to fix that without replacing the whole piping. It was done within an hour. When he left there was no mess to clean after. Yes, it might seem a bit pricey at first but the other guy stayed longer so it cost the same or more and did not fix the problem. Dave repaired it in 40 minutes and replaced even the drains and stoppers. I do highly recommend this company . The customer service also was first-class quality. Thank you so much for a great job done.
