Ive been working with Steven for years now. He's always quick to reply and straightforward with his timelines. We have had him do a variety of work over the years, from replacing toilets to running fresh lines. He does a great job of explaining the problem and the best options for finding a reasonable solution. Recently, he replaced a leaking hot water tank at a rental property. He did a check on the tank in the other unit on site, which turned out to also need to be changed over. This saved us a pretty penny catching the issue before it got worse. Highly recommend working with Steven if you have the chance.
