Great experience working with Tim, very professional and honest. He ran a new gas line for our stove and has been working with us to replace all the duct work in our house, fixing what the previous owner has incorrectly installed.

Called Timmy on a Sunday, long weekend , my hot water tank
quit working, due to a small flood.
He showed up within an hr on his bike as his wife had the truck.
He lived not too far away , but by bike, incredible.
He brought a part from home and tried it on my tank, and it worked.
He told me to order part and it would be in Monday.

They managed to find the source of the issue, fixed it, suggested a few other things to better my experience and are readily available when I have follow up questions.
