I had Kraun Electric come today to install outdoor lighting, one indoor light and a ceiling fan. They sent a very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient young man named Steve M. He explained exactly what he was doing and made suggestions for replacements of wall outlets. I appreciate his taking his time to explain, all while doing his job quickly, checking each job over when finished. I would call KRAUN Electric again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the company and an even bigger thank you to Steve.

Kraun was very professional in their communication and gave us a very fair quote., to which they stuck to. They then had an opening earlier and contacted me to see if I wanted my services earlier than agreed and scheduled, fantastic customer service on their part. Royce than at our home while installing was very professional cleaned up thoroughly, did a fantastic job installing and was also very friendly and patient with my children who wanted to know what he was doing. Would highly recommend Kraun and will use them again for any job I need completed.

Ludwig and Jeremy were great! They arrived on time and got right to work . They did an amazing job installing the pot lights in my kitchen and new outlets in the basement. Plus they did a great job cleaning up. Both of these young men were professional and polite. They were a joy to work with!

Kraun spent the day at our home upgrading our panel and installing an EV charger as well as two programmable light switches. Both technicians were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. Ludwig and Steve made sure everything worked as promised and they cleaned up the work area completely. We would definitely use Kraun Electric again and we happily recommend their work.

I came home from work to find out I had no hydro. Hydro One told me I had to take care of it. I called Kraun. The receptionists were professional, friendly, and understanding. Derek communicated with me and when he showed up he went right to work. It was raining hard. Derek was there promptly from the start and he stayed until the very end. Kraun has outstanding service!

I had a small electrical fire this morning and I contacted Kraun Electric. The representative got me a same day appointment scheduled and the Electrician (Connor Cockhill) showed up within 3-4 hours. This young gentleman was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely friendly and courteous, walked me through what needed to be done to perform the repairs, and perform an inspection of our electrical panel and all other outlets to ensure that we had peace of mind after the fire. Having to quickly located an electrician in a hurry by doing a search online was worrisome. I picked the first company that was listed. I’m glad that I did. Steve was amazing. He was helpful and his work quality was excellent. He installed six pot lights and they are great! What a difference! I wish I had done it a long time ago. Steve cleaned the area well after completing the work and left everything in good order. I would not hesitate to have him do any further electrical work.

After a recent purchase of an EV, I started the task of finding a reputable company to install a new EV charger at home. Derek was the electrician who came to my home to fix an unknown problem with some outlets. He was polite and professional as well as tidy, made sure to pick up any bits of wire.
