Excellent Job! Called Adam when our air conditioner did not work! He was here quickly and efficiently assessed and fixed the problem. Adam came back the next day to ensure that everything was working properly! Greatly appreciated his friendly and professional service!

Great customer service! They came to my rescue when our AC unit quit working just as I was about to have surgery. Brian Easton & Sons had a new AC unit delivered and installed before I was even home from the hospital (3 days).

This past July we contacted Brian Easton on the recommendation of a friend. They were here in a few hours and by noon the next day , we had a new heat pump electric furnace/AC. No regrets with our units and our choice.

My furnace stopped working, they came down almost immediately and diagnosed the problem. After some discussion due to the age of my furnace and air conditioner, I decided for new installation. They completed the job very quickly explained all three workings, and left there job site very clean. Can't ask for more. Thanks.

To say that this Company did an excellent job, is an understatement. If possible, I would give them ten stars for their workmanship, expertise, professionalism and courtesy. They installed my new A/C and furnace and in excellent time, and when they left, you would never know they had been there.....my home, driveway, etc, were spic and span. I was impressed with Adam and this company. They were incredibly responsive (system went down Thursday morning, everything replaced by Friday afternoon).
They helped us troubleshoot, gave great advice and ultimately replaced our entire hvac system (a/c, furnace and even thermostat) after an electrical incident.

We have used Brian Easton for years; our AC, furnace and most recently, water heater. We have dealt with both father and son and are always impressed with their efficiency and quality. They are extremely reasonable, willing to help our young family determine what our best options are. They remember us when they come out to service the equipment and are polite and courteous (even to our dogs who bark non stop!)

Recently, my central air conditioning stopped working after I replaced the batteries in my thermostat. I called Brian Easton HVAC and a time was set for a tech to come out. Kevin determined what the problem was (control panel in furnace was fried) and explained my options. He also carefully gave me advice on how to avoid future problems. I decided to have my 12 year old furnace replaced with a Carrier, instead of investing in costly repairs on an older furnace. On the day of installation, they were on time, and cleaned up after the work was complete. My furnace and a/c are now working better than ever, and I have the peace of mind knowing my equipment is safe and up to date. I am happy to recommend Brian Easton HVAC.

We recently switched our heating source from oil to natural gas. My husband and I talked about it for years but never pulled the trigger until we were forced due to the need to upgrade and repair.
Adam, from Brian Easton & Sons, came into our home and took the time we needed to go over all of our options and answer all of our questions. Aaron and Kevin were clean and considerate as they removed our old appliances and installed our new furnace and HWT. We feel that our final tally was fair for the product, professionalism, and service. We would use them again, hands down!

Adam and the crew at Brian Easton HVAC have been superb for us twice since moving into an older house here in St Catharines. Last summer they cleaned and filtered the water in the radiator system, serviced an older AC system, and installed ventilation over the stove.

Today they installed a new AC condenser and fan coil. Here at 730, and out the door at 4. Drop cloths all around and not nick or mark on any walls or doors. They took really good care.

The service guys and the office crew are always kind, courteous, and go the distance to make you feel special being their customer.

I called on a Sunday morning and they were at my house in a few hours. They tested my existing system and went over all my options for replacing. Very professional and no pressure or overselling. Will absolutely use them when it's time for my furnace and for my yearly HVAC services. Great work, great price.

My fiance and I used Brian Easton & Sons at our old house to install a A/C and furnace we were always super happy so when we moved to our new house and it had a boiler system we knew we had to use the same company. We had major duct work done with a new furnace, & A/C and being 7 months pregnant in summer it was done quickly and efficiently. They were respectful, and always informed us on everything they were doing. We highly recommend using them for your next job !
