Dan was very professional. We had a fridge/freezer that was not working properly. When he arrived, he knew exactly what the problem was, had the part in his van, and it was fixed immediately. Very pleased!

Fantastic service, he recognized the problem with our dishwasher immediately, ordered the part and was in to fix it the day after he received it. He has repaired several appliances for us, we hope he stays in business forever!

Dr. Dan has repaired appliances for us for many years. He is the only repairman we think of calling, because he is professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
When looking for an appliance he has recommended ones that have stood the test of time.

Had a problem with my washing machine a few weeks ago. Dan showed up the next morning and took care of the issue at the agreed rate.
He has also helped me with my dishwasher in past years.

I would like to start by say the lady who gave him a one star review is a shame. You have no idea what this mans story is ( health ) . He is out every dad trying to make it like the rest of us . I on the other hand appreciate the questions he poses and love that he does. For me I wish I could give him more than 5 STARS. He came out quickly for us diagnosed the problem. Changing the part didn’t do it and he told me straight up . I will make it right, and he did . He came back and found another problem replaced the part and didn’t ask for any more money .
He was awesome all the way and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good /honest person to take care of them .

It's the second time I've had Dan out, and both times he identified a quickly remedied problem rather than a costly repair. Also impressed that he took precautions around Covid-19, including screening and wearing a mask. Thanks!

We called Dan to repair our gas dryer. He was there the next day, right on time, and already had the part with him to fix the problem. Excellent, quick service. Would recommend & we’ll be using him again for any future appliance repairs.

My Washing machine stopped working, it had major program failures. The machine is only 2 and half years old and the 2 year manufacturers guarantee had expired.
Dr Dan diagnosed the fault, a failed mother board , ordered the part and fitted it very promptly, Very speedy service. I later determined that the repair was covered under an extended guarantee through my credit card, Dr Dan provided additional paperwork which enabled me to claim for the repair, thank you Dr Dan

Dr. Dan has serviced my appliances and been referred to several friends & relatives over the last 14-15 years without reservation. He has proven himself to be extremely reliable in every aspect of his service business. I write this response, not because I felt he needed it, but because he deserves it at this point in time. I need my oven serviced and I noticed the less than 5 star reviews when I was looking for his number and was disappointed at why the 1 star review was offered.

Several years ago my elderly aunt was having issues with her dishwasher, dryer and icemaker on her fridge. There wasn't anything out of order with her dishwasher and dryer, it was operator error, as my aunt was starting to decline from dementia. My aunt was treated with the utmost dignity and respect and made a point of telling me how polite "that young man" was to her in not making her feel like a silly old woman. He repaired the ice maker on her fridge and showed her what dishwashing liquid she needed to use in the machine (in other words, not the hand washing one) and how to turn on her dryer. I'm sure he didn't make much off that call, but the dignity and respect he showed my aunt was priceless.

I respect the fact he has a screening process in place to protect himself, his family and his customers. I have a repair issue in my home which I choose not to get done until this chaos is over, as that company doesn't have the same level of diligence for their employees or their customers that Dr. Dan has. I have made it a point to keep myself isolated from the virus for several reasons and appreciate the respect for my choice being offered in return. In the meantime, let's all be kind & respectful of each other. Each of us has our own level of risk tolerance which needs to be respected.

Showed up on time, was very careful by screening customers before coming, which we truly appreciated during a pandemic!! Made me feel confident that I made the right decision on my repairs. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for caring about your customers!

Dan did a great job! He was prompt, a good value, respectful and was one of the only servicemen I’ve had in my home since the pandemic that did such a great job making us feel safe! He asked prescreening questions which I thought were pertinent and important.

I called Dan on Wednesday evening because the ignitor went out on my gas oven. Thursday morning he was here to replace it. In and out in 20 minutes. Done and dusted. And he's a lovely person to boot!

Literally the most efficient appliance repair I've ever had. He had our dryer completely disassembled, belt replaced, wheels oiled, vacuumed out, completely reassembled, invoice written and he was out the door in <20 min! Great guy! And fair price!

WE had an issue with our washer. Dr. Dan was out the next day and fixed it promptly! Very knowledgeable, and great person to deal with. I highly recommend him for your appliance needs.
