Excellent service, specifically Chris. Took the time to walk me through basic A/C troubleshooting steps over the phone with patience and professionalism and displayed a great knowledge of the A/C system. No other company was interested in first establishing what the problem might be. I'll call Acumen first every time from now on.

Had them out for routine furnace and fireplace maintenance check. They were very personable and explained what they did and why. Their charges are more than reasonable and I was impressed with the fact that they had a co-op student! I know from experience how time consuming it can be to teach someone and any company that takes on that committment has my vote. Will be passing their name on to anyone who needs work done.

Chris suggested a sump pump back up system. He explained the installation process and how the system works. Chris also made adjustments on my existing sump pump to optimize its performance. Service was prompt and professional. Recommended.

I'd give Acumen more than 5 stars if Google allowed... Acumen installed my central air unit 6 years ago and has done numerous other work for us after some renovations. Chris and Wes are great to deal with, are professional and informative.

What a great company! Our heat recovery unit stopped working. They came in, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and left the place clean and tidy. Plus they have great rates! I've used them a few times (furnace) and their work is always top notch!

I just love it when the randomness of a Google search works out for the best. To my dismay, I came home at 10:30pm to find my 16 year old furnace had stopped working. Within the hour, Chris was in my basement diagnosing the problem. As a single mother of a child with disabilities and on disability myself, I was despondent when I learned I needed a new furnace. That same night, I had an estimate in my email inbox and by morning a visit from Niagara Regional Housing's Emergency Assistance Assessor who confirmed Chris' diagnosis. Chris worked with NRH expeditiously to get my new furnace installed and even brought me space heaters to keep me warm while the approval of funding was sorted out. I am totally in love with his level of service and commitment to doing what is best for the customer. He's my new "go to" guy! I recommend you make him yours!
