The old furnace was acting up. Jordan responded promptly to a service request and after analyzing the issue, was able to offer repair options as well as a replacement/upgrade option. Went with the new furnace. Kyle did a great job removing the old and installing the new. Super happy with the responsiveness, quality of work, and overall value.

Jordan replied to my text. He was quite friendly, discussed my thermostat installation and his rates, then mentioned I could call ecobee and they would guide me through the installation. I followed his advice, found out a couple of wires needed to be repositioned and it worked! He gave me great advice. My neighbour has recommended him after he installed her furnace and she was very happy with his work n .

The quality of the work is fair, but the final bill was 35% above what was agreed upon.

Jordan said he didn’t include labour in the original quote. Unfortunately, the original quote was digital and was not available for comparison.

Called to check our fireplace and furnace. He never mentioned once that it would cost $125+tax just for him to walk around the house. Then the work quoted was more than double any other quotes we received. Too expensive for the work. Didn't end up going with him
