I called early this morning when I woke up and found my furnace hadn't been working all night. Rob was happy to fit me in as soon as possible and really made me feel taken care of. Dustin made it to my house only hours after I called and made quick work of getting my furnace back up and operating, and was very honest with me about what had gone wrong, and what I could do to avoid the same problem happening again. Thank you Bob Pietz Heating! We will definitely be reccomending you to all our friends and family!

Not enough superlatives to day about Bob Pietz HVAC. Dustin attended to my AC and furnace, and, may I say - he was very knowledgeable, fastidious amd explained everything with clarity.
I heartily would recommemd Bob Pietz for your HVAC needs. I, especially would ask for and retain Dustin - a remarkable technician!

As an addendum - I called the company the second time to install a new air conditioner. Dustin and Zaren attended. The job/service that the technicians provided, was nothing short of spectacular; they worked very hard in tandem with each other, and, installed to perfection a new Luxaire. They cleaned up afterwards and left NO residue. In closing, if anyone is contemplating a new furnace or air condtioner -- do not hesitate. This company had integrity, plus a supremely skilled staff who will not disappoint. I am so delighted with this addition to my home. Thanks for your help.

As another addendum, I called the company for a third time (Nov. 27) as my furnace stopped working. Dustin attended and, may I say he did an astounding job of installing a brand new Luxaire furnace to perfection. He worked fastidiously during the whole day by himself and did EVERYTHING. I am so grateful. Great job! Thank you.!

Today I had Dustin and Josh arrive to convert our propane BBQ to a natural gas BBQ. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and they arrived on time. They performed the conversion, came in and did a visual inspection on the lines inside the house, as well as outside at the BBQ gas hook up. They showed us where the shut offs were, as well as how to use the quick disconnect. We are very happy with tge service we received today, as well as in the past. I highly recommend Bob Pietz heating and Air conditioning. We will continue to use you for all our future needs! I also wanted to give a shout out to Rob for his friendly phone demeanor as well as his facilitation to get our job scheduled/arranged as promptly as he did! Thank you all so much! You guys rock!

So I woke up this morning to discover that our hot water tank was leaking. By 11:45, these 2 lovely, professional gentlemen were here replacing my hot water heater. They were here less than 2 hours, and were friendly, polite, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend Bob Pietz heating/air to get the job done, and really liked that they were able to get our situation resolved in a timely fashion. Thank you for a job well done guys!

I recently (Monday, Aug 23rd) had a hot water tank installed by Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning. I spoke with Rob the previous Friday explaining that I had an old tank (21+ years old) that was leaking and needed replacing. He quoted me a price for the install, which included removing the old tank and bringing and installing the new tank. He explained the new tank I would be getting and its warranty.
On Monday afternoon 2 young gentlemen (Dustin and Josh) showed up for the job.

They were professional and courteous. Within 2 ½ hours my old tank was gone, the new one installed and I had hot water again. They took their time to answer all my questions, never seeming bothered or rushed. They were neat and tidy and did a good job cleaning up the area. I paid them the amount that was agreed upon with Rob (no surprises!). I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back again for any related work or inspections and recommend them (and Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning) to family and friends.

Rob and Dustin did an excellent job of replacing my hot water tank. They gave me an upfront estimate and it was very reasonable and when the work was done, there were no extra costs. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions in a friendly manner and explained how the tank worked. Highly recommended.

My family had an A/C unit installed by Dustin from Bob Pietz and it works great, yesterday we were having issues with it and we called them today and they, Dustin and his friend, were able to come day of and take a look. It ended up having a leak and they fixed it free of charge as the unforeseen issue was an issue with one of their parts. Dustin was very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions and even changed the filter. Couldn't be happier to have a working A/C. Enjoyed working with the company again.

Dustin and crew were wonderful! They explained everything fully and worked diligently to install our new furnace to ensure we would have heat. All in all it was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning.

Exceptional service and very professional. Dustin was the tech that came out and he was fantastic to say the least. I would actual recommend Dustin to come back again on the next service call. The price was very fair. I called Bob Pietz Heating & Air Conditioning because he was referred to me by word of mouth. Nobody gets referred by word of mouth if they aren't exceptional. They have a very good reputation around the region....hidden gem to be honest. I didn't even ask for a quote/price up front because I already knew it would be fair and low and behold it was. Integrity is everything. Treat them right, don't haggle and they'll take care of you. These are the types of contractors that you'd ONLY want servicing the community. God Bless...there's not too many with integrity, workmanship and value out there.

Dustin and Josh did the installation of an Ecobee 4 smart thermostat at our house yesterday. The work was booked only a day in advance and it was completed on time and in a professional manner. The service call cost was very reasonable and Dustin proactively identified and fixed a wire to my AC in the furnace which was on the verge of breaking. I'm happy with the work done and am looking forward to having our furnace annual maintenance done by the team.

Rob and Calorie were quick to respond to my request for a new AC system. His price was fair and the installation was excellent. Dustin and Zaren were very professional, friendly and courteous, and left no mess when complete. As a lead tech in another trade, I was very impressed with Dustin's teaching of quality installation protocols to Zaren, who was clearly listening and offering proper feedback. It's just very nice to see that mentoring environment with such a positive spin. Kudos Dustin.
I am happy I chose this family type operation over the other hard core sales techniques I came in contact with with other estimates. I would highly recommend this organization, as is well run, administered, and the execution of the work was flawless.

We have used Pietz Heating and Air at my place of work numerous times. They are always very efficient and precise with their work! Dustin always gets the job done with a big smile on his face!! He got what we needed done almost instantly!

Our old furnace finally quit last weekend and one call to Rob had him out measuring for the ducting needed to connect the new furnace up. Friday was the most convenient day for us to have the new furnace put in, so Friday it was. Dustin and Josh arrived in the morning and after showing them where everytjong was, they started taking apart the old monster in the basement. It was big and it was heavy but before I knew it they had it outside and were getting ready to put in the new one. By five that afternoon, we had wonderful heat, and for a furnace half the size of our old one, the whole house was warm within an hour. Dustin and Josh were great. They were both very professional at all times. They kept us informed of everything they were doing and why. And answered every question I had, no matter how silly or dumb sounding it may have been. They also cleaned up every scrap and took it all with them, including all parts of the old furnace. Thank you for a job well done boys.
I like dealing with Pietz Heating & Air because it's a local family run business and it shows. They treat their customers like family too. Always there to help, never pushy, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Rob and his crew, Dustin and Josh, anytime. There's a reason why they have been in business since 1965. Simply stated . . . it's because they provide the best service in Niagara. They are honest, they offer fair prices, they do superb work, and they can be trusted. My extended family and I have been calling on Robert and his team for over 20 years. Most recently, Dustin and Josh came out to check my furnace. I appreciate the care they took in explaining things to me and the suggestions they offered to improve the maintenance of my heating system. I know I can rely on them, and I know I can trust them. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the quality of work that Dustin and Josh did at my house. The job was to bring a gas line to the outside patio for my BBQ. They were really nice, respectful and polite. They used all the right materials, and I was extremely happy when I saw them using a level to run the gas line true. A previous contractor that came to quote the job wanted to use spooled copper line on the side of my house, so, needless to say I didn't use him. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the price as well. Thanks

Dustin was awesome, just fully cleaned my furnace, taught me ways to help keep it clean and was quick and friendly. Will for sure always call him. Price was also great!!

We had our furnace replaced yesterday. The service we received from Bob Pietz heating and air conditioning was outstanding. The new furnace was installed within a day of initially contacting them. Dustin the hvac tech that did the installation was very professional and knowledgeable and his workmanship was first class. I highly recommend this company.

Bob Pietz responded immediately when our furnace stopped working. Diagnosed and got it up and running until a new furnace could be installed. Very friendly, helpful and reasonable in pricing.
We also agreed to have a new water heater installed at the same time.
Two days later 2 young men worked hard and efficient to get us heat and hot water . Thank You all for a very pleasant experience. This kind of service is hard to come by these days!

I contacted Bob Pietz along with a few others for quotes to add A/C to our home. We previously had a water heater replaced by them and had been satisfied with the work.
Although their quote was not the least expensive nor most expensive, we weighed our specific needs and did our research about the products and felt it was a good fit for us.
They called to schedule the install about 2 weeks after I notified them we wanted to move forward. Timing had a lot to do with the extremely wet weather. They arrived when they said they would and Rob and Dustin discussed their plan, then executed. They were pleasant and very professional. We are very happy with our decision!

Contacted Rob regarding replacing a hot water tank which was a rental. Rob came to look at the job immediately and was able to find the exact model of what we had rented but now we would own it! Within a 24 hours, it was located and installed. Dustin did an amazing job with the install, was knowledgable, informed me of potential issues and corrected things that he noticed along the way. If you’re looking for an HVAC company for whatever reason, look no further. Bob Pietz was recommended to my parents by their neighbours. They came in and helped them with checking on their furnace. They were very pleased with their services and noted their personable qualities and good general customer service.
Based on my parents’ experience I decided to enlist them for the install of 2 ductless heating and AC units. They were very accommodating with my schedule, as well as punctual and efficient. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work. Dustin, Josh and Bob were dedicated to seeing the project to the end and did a great job!
