A great service with excellent communication. I was told our service technician would be coming between 11-3 to inspect our dryer and that I would receive notification 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 10:30, I received notification. And the service technician arrived right at 11 am. Very thorough work, quick and efficient. We had clothes in our dryer by 11:45! We will definitely be calling again should we have any future issues with any of our appliances.

Sent a message online and received a call very quickly to get basic information down, very nice and professional. Had a technician come by the next day to look at my washer. He gave me a few options of either the service call or what it would cost to repair. Although I didn't go with the repair the experience was great and can recommend.

Very happy with Superior Appliance Service! My appointment was booked right away, technician was prompt and friendly. A part needed to be ordered for my dryer but he was able to “temporarily “ fix so as I could use it. Called the next day, and came right away! Price is fair and service was excellent. I would highly recommend, and will be calling for all future issues I have!
