You will never get more reliable and honest service. I’ve had Dick clean my chimney for years. I don’t think there is any other service in the Windsor area either so when he retires I’m not sure what we are going to do. Mr Chimney is the best! Thanks Dick for all your years of faithful service.

He was amazing. Cleaned the chimney, installed new damper and
I received my WET certificate for insurance. All went well. We love our fireplace.

This is our first winter using our fireplace. Dick and his team were professional, courteous and tidy. They taped off the fireplace and laid out a blanket before inspecting and cleaning. Dick walked us through proper use and maintenance. He was super friendly and really experienced. We would definitely recommend his services!

I set an appointment and given a 3 hour window, the technician never showed up! If you going to be late at least communicate that to the customer! I would give them a rating lower than 1 but google didn’t alllow anything less

This company called my company to do a clean up of a mess they made of a customers home, and refuses to speak to us or pay us for the services that were performed. I just called them from a number not associated with my company and they simply hung up on us. They are a 100% scam artist & will NEVER recommend them to any of my customers for family

It's a scam do not call.
The tech came out after 5 minutes the tech called his boss because he didn't know how to light the pilot. His boss said it would cost $2700 and if we didn't do the repair the service call was $89. I reported them to the BBB. Also to the City of Livonia commerce.

This company is all for money and does not do quality work. I paid for tuck pointing, crown repaired and a chimney cap. The cement work for the cap installation and tuck point was very sloppy. They did not repair the crown on my chimney and they left cement debris on my roof. I am getting the run around with this company to get the issues resolved.

The owner is great and does a good job. This year two young boys came, turned on a shop vac for 5 mins then handed me a $160 bill. They were at my house 6 mins in total. Horrible.

Went to visit my grandmother in Windsor for the holidays only to realize her house was freezing. Upon looking in the basement I noticed she had her wood burning stove decommissioned. After speaking with my grandmother and looking further into it, This man when removing the chimney pipe that goes through the wall to the outside of the house covered the hole in my grandmothers basement with a framed photo on the interior wall (instead of patching it) and did a horrible cement job on the exterior of the hole that is now cracking, falling apart and allowing freezing cold air into her home. My poor grandmother was taken advantage of and charged for a job I feel was not fully completed. She’s been freezing in her home all winter despite having her heat cranked because of the draft from the shotty work.
