A big thanks to Marty for suggesting replacement flooring in our home after a flood. We needed to choose complimentary wood that would match existing wood trim and cupboards. I can't thank Marty from Summit Flooring enough. We had a wonderful experience and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He followed through on our special request when we placed the order and we couldn't be more happy with his commitment to us since to make sure we were satisfied. This was a relatively small job considering, yet he treated us like we were just as important as anyone else. Was such a pleasure working with Marty and his crew. Our renovation project was not an easy one, but these are people who take on challenges and take great pride in the work that they do. I could not be happier with my new vinyl flooring. Summit provided an excellent price, their installation team showed up exactly on time, and the installation team did an exceptionally professional job. I love my new floor!

My brother and I were referred to Marty at Summit to assist us in stretching the carpet in our parent's estate property (as it was creasing upwards in a number of different areas).

We were very pleased at the work performed by Summit's employees (they did a wonderful job at not over-stretching the carpet and damaging sections of the carpet where the HVAC vents are located and putting them out of alignment with the existing holes cut into the carpeting for those vents), as it assisted us in selling the estate property in 5 days.

I would fully recommend Summit for your carpeting needs.

I was recommended to visit Summit from a friend. The selection of flooring seemed good and I would prefer to choose a local flooring company over the big box retailers however I was disappointed with the lack of customer service when I visited.

Seemed mismanaged.

Terrible service. Patty and the sales lady were rude over the phone. I called to ask about installation fees and pricing for basement stairs, and the sales lady LAUGHED at me. I guess if you don't spend a lot, you don't deserve respect or good customer service.
If I could give NO stars I would.

Our basement flooded after the last storm and we were not covered by insurance because the water didn't come up the floor drain. We went in to Summit & picked tile and carpet & someone came to give us an estimate a week later. Rich M. said he'd call us in the next day or so. A week later, no call, so I contacted the store in the morning & was told Rich would call me back in the afternoon. By 4pm, he hadn't called, & I called the store & was told he'd call me back first thing this morning. At 10am I hadn't received a call & I contacted the store & asked to speak to a manager, who was "on the phone" & would call me back. At 11am an extremely rude woman called me back & said she "highly doubted" I had tried to contact the store because she hadn't heard of it. This is a terrible way to treat customers.
