The whole process of buying a new hot water tank from quote to installation to our old Reliance tank drop-off was absolutely seamless and professional. Justin came to quote and answered my zillions of questions to my satisfaction, and less than a week later Rick and Nathan came and did a perfect installation. Rick was very skilled and experienced, and unlike other companies nowadays who do the bare minimum, he did more than expected and even fixed stuff that Reliance messed up on. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the product and the process, and explained everything before, during and after the installation to make sure we were happy. Next day, Absolute Comfort emailed me a confirmation and the receipt for the old tank drop-off. Everything was done in just a few days. We were so impressed with how efficient and professional Absolute Comfort was. It's so nice to know there is still honest company and experienced technicians out there who love their job and will do the job right.

3 weeks in now and the new tank is even better than we expected. Absolute Comfort not only delivered what they promised in customer service, installation and product, they actually went beyond our expectation. We're so glad we left Reliance (and their increasing rental rates). We only wish we found out about Absolute Comfort sooner! Thanks again to the Absolute Comfort team!

He was thorough in the assessment and repair, and took the time to answer our questions with patience and care. We’re VERY impressed with both Tyler and the company as a whole for the quality of work and service. In an extremely warm and busy time, Absolute Comfort were able to get a technician out to address our AC problems very quickly.
Addition to my review: we needed to go with a new AC, so kudos to Wally, the advisor who came to assess and recommend a best choice and fit for a new unit. His knowledge, expertise and patience with our questions was outstanding. The two service technicians, Sean and Rick, who performed our install were also fantastic, and once again took the time to explain our new unit, warranty, etc. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived, and were highly professional from start to finish.

Service for Winter Maintenance of our furance and Tankless Hot Water Heater done this afternoon. Excellent communication. Justin was knowledgeable, polite and thorough. Would definitely recommend this company. Hope Justin will be the one to service our A/C in the spring.

Alec and Rick came this AM and cleaned the ductwork. Both were very courteous, pleasent and efficent. They also went above and beyond. To prevent any nasty falls on my steps or driveway they cleared away the snow. This is a task that I am not able to do. What fine upstanding employees Absolute has. I was considering purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner and being a very particular person, a few friends told us about Absolute Comfort. From the sales person, Wallace and Jeff & Alec who installed the units, I was totally satisfied with every aspect of their work. Wallace gave me peace of mind with deciding which unit would best suit our home and Jeff and Alec were so organized and went above my expectations. Everything was installed with precision and they did not leave our home until they knew I was satisfied.

Very happy with Absolute installation of the new furnace. No heat on Sunday, serviceman arrives within two hours, 18 year old furnace needs replacing, arranges for an estimator for Monday, new furnace expertley installed on Tuesday by Matt and his crew and done! Professional service from start to finish.

I have been having unknown issues with my furnace for a while. It seemed to be intermittent so sometimes it would work other times it wouldn't. I had made a call to Abolute Comfort to have a service tech come out to diagnose the issue.They confirmed that Justin would be showing up between 1-4pm.Justin called and confirmed he will be here within 20 mins.So a little before 1pm.Justin diagnosed my furnace issues using a multimeter and a manometer.It turns out that my control board is faulty causing my furnace issues.Im very happy that someone could tell me for certainty what the cause of the issues are.Thank you Justin so much for diagnosis of my furnace issues. I would definitely recommend choosing Absolute Comfort for all your hvac needs.
