Very good company to work with Technicans were easy to understand workmanship was superb They were very considerate of our ptoperty. Spent time exposing and showing us how the system works. We had a heat exchanger installed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Hvac co. We also just had a new furnace installed absolutely amazing service I wouldn't call any one but CK They are the best

This is a trustworthy company.Both the customer service staff and the installation technicians are very friendly and professional. The technicians are very serious when installing the air conditioning system, even in cold weather. This is A reasonable priced and well serviced company also, I highly recommend their products and services.

From getting a quote to the installation, everything went smoothly. Yassir did a great assessment prior to giving the quote and Nawar was a pleasure to deal with! Nawar always answered all our queries very quick. The installation team did an excellent job with cleanliness and completing it in a timely manner. The only suggestion which would have elevated our total experience even better would be if the condensate pump was included in the price quoted because it is a city requirement anyway. All other quotes I received included a free condensate pump. Otherwise, no doubt CK mechanical team is one of the best HVAC company in the city.

Fantastic experience with our new furnace and air conditioner installation. CK Mechanical sent a detailed quote, explained the process and showed up on time.
The installation was done professionally and they cleaned up everything like they had never been there.

I just had my furnace and AC replaced by CK Mechanical. The experience was great to say the least. The price is extremely competitive, i had 4 other quotes and CK beat them all. The installers were extremely professional and made sure everything was working and that i knew how the system worked before they left. They preformed quality work with quality parts, i especially like that the furnace was propped up above the floor making cleaning much easier. I highly recommend them!

Had my instant hot water heater replaced under warranty. Once the claim was approved CK arrived the next day and had the device replaced in a couple hours. Techs were polite and didn’t leave a mess.

Got a call back first thing in the morning, this was not an emergency call. The furnace was running by 2:00 that same day. Great work guys!

Our air conditioner and furnace are very old and we were concerned when the air conditioner was no longer cooling the house. Due to a previous positive experience when we first moved to Windsor, we decided to call C.K. Mechanical again. The technician arrived less than two hours after the call. Although we knew that we would, most likely, need a new air conditioner and furnace, the technician explained the current problem clearly and did not attempt to upsell us at any time. More importantly, he took the time to answer all of our questions. It was a very positive experience without any stress.
