Quick response and fast service.

They sent our a service repair man to look at the thermostat as I felt it wasn't the right temp. He adjusted it and let me know that the temp was out a couple of degrees. Quick, professional.

Forced air came to my house when it was -20 below zero to fix my furnace and got me running . In the spring he came in with his crew and changed it out. Very happy with there work. And they cleaned up like they weren't even there

professional and knowledgeable with quick and reliable service! We have several rental properties and he's the only one we trust. He will diagnose the problem quickly and do the repair asap. VERY highly recommended!

Several years ago I asked a good friend of mine if he knew a good heating and cooling company. He referred me to Rob at Forced Air Heating and Cooling. I gave them a try and was immediately impressed when they arrived that the owner Rob himself was the service technician along with his sons. He arrived when he said he would be there and it didn’t take long for me to realize that he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Rob and his son went right to work and addressed my service needs quickly and efficiently. As a small business owner myself of a very busy establishment, I do not have the time or the patience to deal with large companies that send out service technicians days after I call, who show up late, have very little experience and then overcharge for sloppy work. Since that first service call that I made to Forced Air for my business, Rob and his sons have installed hot water tanks, ran gas lines for my bbq and gas dryer, repaired my pool heater, serviced my furnace, and more at my personal home and at my rentals. He has always showed up when he said he would and I have always been completely satisfied with his prices and workmanship. I have referred him to all of my family and friends and anyone else that asks. When it’s time to replace my furnace or air conditioner I know who I am going to call. Thanks Forced Air for being big enough to serve and small enough to care.

Very inexperienced!!

I called in 13 times and waited 14 days and not even a phone call back. Non reliable non responsive service. Will never recommend or get service from these people

When you drive a company vehicle, you are representing the company if which you are employed. Disrespecting customer's property is unacceptable behavior. Therefore, I would not deal with this company, and urge all my contacts of my sentiment.
