We were almost surprised of the knowledge and .. patience around all our questions to Mr. Kader El Joud, of the Reliance home comfort advisory, about the replacement of our old to a new A.C. system, the installation and financial options available.
Installation was professional and neatly done with added instructions on how to operate the all system. Tank you.

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - Just had Anthony over to fix an electrical issue in our garage. Arrived within his time frame with a prior call, then figured out and fixed the issue within the hour. Couldn't be happier

I had a great experience with Ryan Brown who helped me with my RO water system. Ryan was able to break down the issue and provide a quick, permanent solution. Because of the service Ryan provided, I’ll be counting on Reliance for the foreseeable future

Service technician was professional and hard working in determining the problem with the hot water tank. We were able to have it replaced the same day.
Very good service by Reliance and were able to get an appointment within 24 hours of our request.

Service was awesome. Highly recommend Reliance service plans. Technician called ahead with his eta. Wore shoe coverings which was appreciated. Explained exactly what the problem was and how to avoid it going forward. Very happy with the service

Very fast and professional service

We also had Daniel install a new sump pump recently to stop flooding in the basement. He was extremely fast and efficient for a Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning the issue was solved and the floor was completely dry in 2 days.

This is why I plan to keep using Reliance Home Comfort because it is usually pretty quick to get a professional to visit your home quickly and have your problems solved quickly.

It reduces the stress and panic when things go wrong in the house. I definitely recommend using them. Send Daniel to our home every time please he is fantastic.

Technician came to address listed and did a wonderful job. Placement for water tank a little tight but he had no problem removing the old one and replacing with newer model. Hook up done professionally and accurate. Cleaned up after and very polite. Well done and thank you !

Reliance has been a good company to deal with. They are prompt, their employees are friendly & efficient and they fix problems quickly.
I was having issues with my hot water heater not having capacity to take baths 2 days in a row. Service guy came on Sunday, took a look and said I’ll get you a new one. Firas came today and installed a new heater with no problems. He was courteous and quick!

my water heater let go at some point during the holidays. When I noticed I called right away. An appointment was scheduled less than 24hrs. They showed up, change out the water heater and re-piped the exhaust vent in about an hour. A huge shout out to Borin and Warren for an amazing job. Both were very polite, respectful of my home and professional.

The service tech was great. He was on time, very friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. We was quite concerned with protecting my bathroom from damage as he worked. Really really good

I had an excellent experience with Reliance! Two amazing gentlemen, Noor and Fadol, came to install my tankless water heater. They were incredibly professional, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. It’s rare to meet such kind, knowledgeable, and hardworking people. I truly appreciate their great work and attitude. Highly recommend!

Response for service on the coldest day in January was prompt and organized. All representatives were polite, friendly and knowledgeable of products and services. A new furnace was needed and it was installed quickly and works fantastic. Great people to work with!

My furnace went out . And reliance was on top of it. They went above and beyond. Tony was our worker today and he replaced a part i needed switched out, and even checked everything else too to make sure everything was in working order and talked / walked me thru the entire thing so i knew what was going on . My kids and I now have a warm house! Thank you !!! Also the wait for them to come out, was next day ( call went in late so had to come next day otherwise im convinced they would have been in same day !! )
First diagnosis ( to let us know we needed a new pressure switch ) was Mohammed and even tho hes newer, he was top notch and diagnosed it properly!! Part came in next day and changed out right away !!
