He's installing a system in my Mother's home he worked with her on price and he was really honest about what we needed. All around very impressed.

Absolutely a pleasure to do business with - honest, quick and professional. They did the install about a year ago and not a single issue. Unfortunately, (through no fault of their own - house was already set up this way for AC) they had to be in the attic during the heat to install which also required hauling large equipment up through a very small opening and they handled it like a champ. Slight damage to the paint ONLY and there was no other way to do it - very honest n up front about it which is hard to come by these days. Got multiple quotes n they guys were the only ones to recommend a bigger system (for a cheaper price than the other guys smaller system offer btw) and I am so glad I did. It was so minor that I still haven’t made the time to fix up! Couldn’t be happier!! Hidden secret HVAC install/maintenance gem of our valley. No joke!!!

Had contact with him early afternoon, by 4 pm I had heat.
Owner even came to boot! He made it a pleasant experience!

Hiroshima and his son were amazing, responding quickly and not charging me after diagnosing the problem and replacing a part. Extremely generous!!!

Amidst a hot stretch in mid-July, our A/C stopped working.
The next morning at 8:15 a.m. we called A Degree Above. By 9:30 a.m., after replacing an original part from 2003, they had it going again. Very impressive turnaround time, and we'd use them again. But hopefully this is it for a while.

Great service! He came very quickly and solved my lack of heat problem in the Fall. Then I called in the Spring when the A/C wasn't working. They solved the issue quickly and didn't charge me anything on the 2nd visit.

These people got to us quickly when our A/C quit at home. They were very friendly, professional, and reasonable. He showed us the parts and explained what was wrong. We would highly recommend them to anyone! Can't say enough good about them. They earned our trust and will definitely use them again.
