We called them at 8:00 this morning because our a/c unit wasn't working. They told us they would come out tomorrow to look at it. Four hours later they're at our home, fixing the problem and we now have a cool home again! They're incredibly fast, friendly, and affordable!

Installers RJ and Dillon were professional and efficient. All lines ran look good and well placed. Cleaned up their mess when done. Was able to answer all my questions. This was my second home that A.C. was installed in by Birchfield. Would recommend to all in need of central A.C.

These guys were great. We initially dealt with another company that was a nightmare to work with. Birchfield went above and beyond service wise. We've had our unit for about 7 months and have had no issues! My only regret is that we didn't use them from the beginning.

Birchfield did an outstanding job installing my new duct work and furnace. They were very professional and had the best price of all the quotes I got by far!! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Our furnace, that was installed initially in 1970 decided to break down a couple days ago. I called a competitor then i called a friend who recommended Birchfild. Jake came in looked at our furnace, 20 min later he said we can have a new one up tomorrow. The competitor came in was in our attic for 30 min then explained how bad everything was for 20 more minutes before telling us what he can do. I called Birchfield back and saud that we will go with them. The price was less expensive for a better model than the competitor quoted. Service was amazing and i will go back to them again for help.

Birchfield Heating is the most professional company I have ever done business with. I have used them for years and they are up front, honest and know their products and how to save you the most money! They stand behind their work and work very hard to get you the best deal for the best product to match your needs. They beat my lowest bid by $1600 when it was all said and done! I can't say enough about them, I recommend them to everybody.

August 2018 - almost one year later there was a manufacture defect in our compressor and Birchfield actively worked with us to get it covered under warranty going above and beyond both is help and speed. Definitiely continue to recommend them.

August 2017 We used them to install a new Air Conditioning system into our home that didn't have one before. We had just purchased the home and wanted it installed before we moved. They came recommended from a friend who has used them before and we were not disappointed. We had 4 quotes for the project and they were the most fair priced unit. My father in law owned a HVAC company in southern Oregon for 20 + years and he had approximated what te job should cost and they were the only company that came in near that quote. Some were double what they quoted. It just so happened that the install date ended up being the hottest day of the year. We were worried that we would get bumped since there were hundreds of service calls coming in that week but they were there on time and ready to go. Their crew worked all day in the 108 degree weather and even stayed well past 5:00 pm on a Friday when they ran into some unexpected glitches, which they resolved. After the unit was installed we had to call them twice for some minor issues (really no big deal items) but they took them seriously and came out the next day on each to ensure the system was meeting our expectations. I highly recommend them.
