After calling up two other companies and being told it would be two to three weeks before they could be out to repair of my moms gas fireplace . I called Colin up, he responded quickly and was out there the next day. Even though her model fireplace is ancient, Colin was able to find the parts needed and have them installed in less that a week. Prices on parts and service were better than the other heating and cooling companies I called. Colin went above and beyond. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic work from Colin and his partner! They were fast, effective, and kind. Unlike other workers we've had over, they actually took the time to clean up after themselves as well, and they took the time to put on boot covers before coming in. Their prices are great as well! Would recommend! :)

Collin installed a gas line and is a consummate professional. He found the most efficient, unobtrusive route for placement. He coordinated the inspection and permit completion so that I was free to focus on other tasks. He is friendly and communicates well as the job proceeds. My 25+ thermo was failing. Wise was able to fit in my needs in between other jobs. Worked with me remotely to handle the pre-site assessment and once onsite reconfirmed system, needs, and work needed. Then Wise efficiently and professionally completed the work. Was respectful to the home and homeowner. My system was back up and running within 30 minutes. I absolutely will use Wise again and would recommend Wise to you for your needs too.

Collin and his team are professional, effective, and efficient. As a first-time homeowner, getting a heat pump installed seemed pretty daunting.
