Miles is a great technician. He fixed the problem and explained what happened. This is the second time I used Miles and he has great customer service skills. I figure my next project will be a water heater so I will definitely call Linn Benton plumbing

Miles came out to unclog our kitchen sink. He took his shoes off at the door! We loved that!
He came equipped with everything needed for the job, and he was very personable and knew what he was doing. He offered us suggestions and took time to try & figure out where our pipes hooked up to the main sewer.
Miles is a asset to the business!

Miles came out to fix a leak and repair a pipe. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to answer questions I had. He made sure everything was complete, cleaned up, and that I was satisfied with his work. He was kind to my daughter who was very curious about what he was doing and did not make me feel like she was in the way at all, even though she probably was for a little. I appreciate how nice he was and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. I absolutely will use his services again when I need more plumbing work done.

On time and came out quickly. They were kind to not only us but also patient with our barking dogs. Curious about the new person in the the house. He worked quick to solve our plumbing issue and finished work efficiently.
We are now able to wash our clothes without water spraying everywhere.

The experience we had today with Miles, the plumber, rates as an A+. He did all the things that you would want from a professional. He explained the options, answered our questions, did the job quickly but thoroughly, and made sure we were happy with his work. But he did much more. He welcomed me watching him do his work, and talked through everything he was doing so that I'd understand. He made a couple of changes to the piping to improve the system without any additional cost, and explained the benefits these created. He was patient and considerate. He was honest and personable. Bottom line: he made the experience a downright pleasant one. He's an excellent plumber and a nice human being.

We needed a repair quick, and they fit us into their busy schedule. I got great communication from the office on arrival time, working around my busy life. Our technician was straight to the point, gave options, and was patient while we sorted it out. Miles was super friendly, and we would recommend him anytime!

High level of professionalism and expertise received from Miles @ LBP! We got full explanations of issues, options to consider, and an upgraded fix - all in the same day!
This may not be the case for all plumbing issues, but for our needs - it was a huge win.

Got me in quickly for an appointment, had a few issues while on the job, they handled them quickly and stayed till the job was done. Miles made sure to explain everything to me about what they were doing and why and they were up front about pricing. I have used them in the past and will in the future and have recommended them to friends and family.

Miles and Mica did a great job and were very clear and informative. Fully satisfied with their work. Showed up on time and installed our sink. Very happy with the finished job.

We had a leaking shut off valve, which we discovered when we received our water bill, which was $100 more than usual. After looking at the reviews for various plumbers, we called Linn Benton Plumbing to see if they could help. Tabitha was so friendly and answered the questions I had in a professional and transparent manner. We called on a Wednesday afternoon and were able to get an appointment for Friday morning. Miles came and looked over everything and explained the recommended services, and more importantly, explained why things were happening and what that meant long term for our plumbing. He then showed us three pricing options for the work we were interested in. Their model is project based rather than time based, which seems counterintuitive at first, but we really liked that it would minimize unexpected costs that can be associated with hourly work. After we selected the option we wanted, Miles explained how the process would work and went over the Oregon laws regarding the work. It was nice that he was transparent about it, as the laws really are there to protect both parties. He could have worked on the project that day, but we had prior commitments in the afternoon. He got us scheduled right away for a time that worked for us and just came back to perform the work today.

The work performed was professional, timely, and incredibly tidy (part of the job included replacing three toilets, so this was no small feat!) and we are very happy with all of the work that was done. In addition to the new toilets, Miles replaced all of our water shut off valves with ones that are less likely to fail (the source of our original problem) and also replaced our garbage disposal, which was frozen/rusted beyond usability. In addition to the quality of the work, Miles was very willing to answer all of my questions about how to best maintain our plumbing and other general plumbing related questions. He is incredibly friendly and willing to explain what he's doing as he's working. I feel this transparency helps homeowners to both see the value of their services and also to better maintain their home. We hope we don't need to have our plumbing serviced in a long time, but if we do, we will not hesitate to call Linn Benton Plumbing again.

Our technician, Miles was excellent. He took his time explaining what the problem was with our plumbing stoppage issue and provided several options for repair. Once a decision was made, he got to work right away. The quick response to our request for help was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this company, especially Miles!

Miles and Dillon did a great job replacing my hot water heater! The company answers your calls instead of routing you to voicemail. I was able to schedule a hot water heater replacement within a few days after I called. Will definitely use them for the future!

I called in the morning and received a call that afternoon to schedule my initial appointment the following day. The plumber came out and diagnosed the issue and completed three quotes for me to choose from. They do a good, better, and best quote with varying levels of repairs/replacements with a varying price that corresponds to the work that they would need to do to complete each quote. Though pricey I chose the "best" option as I wanted to semi-permanently fix the issue and not have to think about it again until it comes time to remodel. They took many pictures and made sure I understood all the work that they did and sent it all to me via email after we were done. I will be using Linn Benton Plumbing for any other plumbing issues that I may face in the future. Good business, quality service, prompt responses, and to top it all off, they sent me a Thank You card later that week with the owners business card in it so I could contact them if I had any issues. Absolutely top notch!

Edit 5/11/22: I was having trouble with my water heater so I sent Linn Benton Plumbing a message through their website Contact Us form. Within an hour I had received a phone call and had an appointment scheduled. They offered me a same-day appointment, but I ended up asking for an appointment the day after (today). Denny was the name of the plumber that came out to check out the heater. He was friendly, polite, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, advising me about different aspects of what he could do, should do, and would be doing during the visit. Once again I was presented with good, better, and best options along with pricing and recommendations. Denny made sure that I was aware of all factors involved, and took the time to explain anything that I did not understand. I received the absolute best customer service from both Denny and Linn Benton Plumbing and I seriously recommend that you use them for your plumbing needs!

Miles and Linn Benton plumbing did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He was a pleasant person to work with and was able to provide same day service. When people are faced with an emergency this is a very important factor to consider.

Always great service and professional. They were on time and got the job done quickly. They were here to replace a frost free hose bib that would no longer turn off, it broke on Sunday so we were without water until repaired on Monday we will call them if we have plumbing needs in the future. Miles has done great work for us in the past and this job was no different.

This was a very professional company, that came out quickly during our latest snow/ice event when our very old water heater stopped working. Our heater is in our attic and it was a difficult job trying to navigate the new water heater up when our opening was an inch and a half less than they needed. However, they were very careful and were successful. The water heater looks amazing. We worked with Miles, who was very friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We would definitely recommend them.
