Thank you to Stutzman Services for their outstanding service and staff. Today, I completed the second half of two necessary visits to service my water heater. Jake took care of my first visit approx. 2 weeks ago and Doug finished up this morning. Both were very knowledgeable with my heater and any/all questions I had for them were answered professionally. Stutzman invests in their employees and it shows in their professionalism and competence----------thanks for making it all so simple!!

First of all, I loved the text showing the photo and name of who was coming to my door.
Jake was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He really helped me out of a pickle when my toilet needed fixing at the last minute. I am very grateful.

Our water heater started leaking last night which was a Sunday. I called Stutzman's around 9:15am on Monday and Kent was at my house around 10:15am to assess and submit a quote to us for a replacement. It was installed and I had hot water again by 12:30pm. Same day was AMAZING! THANK YOU Kent and the nice lady who answered the phone to assist us in our time of need.

Met all requirement at the quoted price. Steely was great to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right.

I had to have my Pump replaced on my Well. Christian and Preston were amazing to work with. The did an outstanding job, as always! Highly recommend.

Our water heater failed, and Kent and his team came the same day, and spent as much time as we needed to get our questions answered. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity, and we will definitely trust them with our project

I used Stutzman Services for irrigation repair as I had a sprinkler leaking. Luke and his assistant were very professional in their service for me. They were able to locate outside boxes for my irrigation system which were buried under a lot of dirt and replace the parts. They were timely, professional , and efficient and unlike previous workers, they had parts on hand and did not have to run to the store. I would definitely call them again.

Adam and his helper came out next day to remedy a deep clog in our kitchen. Were in and out in less than 30 minutes, gave us advice of what to use to prevent future grease build up. Clean and professional. Very friendly, from call setup to billing. Thank you!

Super quick and easy! Called to schedule for a back-flow test and the came within 2 hours, same day. Great pricing too compared to others in the area :)

No wonder they’re now 50 YEARS in the business! Business strategy at its finest. They open up Monday schedule for emergencies like we had. New house already has a backed up sewer. Ashley was able to scheduled me quick and easy. I called at around 8am and Adam was able to come out around 10am. Done by 11:15am. He was able to get the drainage unclogged and he also found the clean out! Fast, reliable, affordable and Adam is a very pleasant guy. I would only call Stutzman for any plumbing problems. I am so impressed with your staff and company. I called yesterday at 12:30 p.m.(after calling numerous other plumbers) because of a leak in our basement and a leak under our kitchen sink. At 3:15, Doug and Steely were here, quickly evaluated the problems, and initiated a solution to our basement leak, which turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. Because it was getting late, Doug told us they would be back the next day to repair the second problem. When they weren’t able to return today due to being delayed on another job, an office staff member called and told us that Jake and Brady would be finishing up the basement and repairing the leak under the sink. So impressed that they covered their shoes before entering our house and cleaning up after themselves. So impressed with how office staff kept us informed and sending us texts with photos of Doug and Jake. Just so impressed with Doug, Steely, Jake and Brady and how pleasant and respectful they were and I am not easily impressed!

I had a number of issues with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal, I called and Byron came out the same day. Byron listened to what was happening and immediately had a plan of action and went to work. It was a big job and was he professional and knew what he was doing. When he was done he showed me everything he did and walked me through it. I would recommend these guys anytime.

Recently, when we returned from an evening meeting, all water outlets in our house had greatly reduced flow. The next morning we found that neighbors did not have similar issues. A city employee helped us determine that there was a broken pipe between our supply line and our irrigation system. He then turned off the water at the meter. We called Stutzman Services in Albany. Within three hours one of their plumbers (Aaron) was at our house, quickly assessed the problem, and proposed a fix. The next workday utility locators appeared and marked the location of buried pipes and wires. A hole was bored from the water meter to our house and a new supply line was connected to our house and to the irrigation system. Water service was restored in one day. We are very pleased with the work and speed with which it was done. The work was planned and completed with a minimum of disruption to our yard. Dust and debris, created by drilling a new hole for the supply line in a concrete wall of the laundry room, was thoroughly cleaned up. Everyone working on the project was respectful of our property and left everything in good order.

Absolutely wonderful company; everyone that has come to my house for various plumbing needs has been amazing - I honestly can't say enough good things! Call them, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Stutzman's has replaced our water heater and now a bathroom faucet. They are professional, courteous, timely, and we will continue to use them in the future. No complaints!

Hired Stutzman Services to assist with some general plumbing needs and were very happy with everything and highly recommend. Brady completed plumbing work and was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and helped us recognize what work was truly needed. Where other companies might create a never ending laundry list of "immediate" needs, Brady helped identify what was truly needed now, and what could be taken care of down the road. Front office staff answered my call promptly, was competent and scheduled me next day for non emergent service.
Plumber Mark arrived on time, was friendly, and fixed the problem.
He also took time to answer some questions I had about my plumbing system and Mae suggestions on how I could improved my water temperature. .
Highly recommend Stutzman and Mark.
