Rox was an absolutely amazing company to work with. My a/c unit in my commercial building broke and they responded that day and were very professional and wonderful people to work with. I am so grateful for them and will call them 1st anytime I have problems in the future. Thank you so much Rox!!!

These guys do the job right. I own two pizza guys in the Portland area and now I only use Rox services. They communicate with you the entire time which is very rare from similar businesses. They call you back when they say they will which is very amazing. Because you call a service company they just leave you in the dust but not Rox Services. I use them for both my pizza stores and i had emergencies where they fit me in without charging me extra just because things happen. Other companies take advantage of that and charge extra.

Rox Services is responsive, knowledgeable and works until the job is done. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer understands and is satisfied.

Rox Service, received, delivered and installed a commercial Walk-In Cooler for one of our projects. There were challenges with this job, first and foremost, the jobsite was at an airport, post-security. Once the install began, it was discovered that the line-sets would need to be twice as long as had been planned for. Another unexpected challenge was some work had to be done at night. Rox Services was very meticulous at each step in the process and handled each challenge with utmost professionalism and always responded promptly and provided updates in a timely manner.

We iust had our walk in cooler repaired by Rox and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, the speed with which they responded to our job and the excellent customer service. The tech was professional and he and Roxanne in the office worked with us to get the job done quickly and within our budget. If there was a button for six stars id push that. Harve was great! I work for Forte Portland, a coffee and wine bar and we had our ice maker services through Rox Services. Harve was professional and inviting and got the tune up done in a timely manner.

At our facility we have a large industrial refrigeration unit that went down. Rox Services was able to come out that day give us a estimate for repairs and set up a date for replacement. Their installation techs were here on time, did a wonderful job and left the area clean. Now our refrigeration unit works perfectly.

I highly recommend Rox Services for any commercial cooler services. I had a commercial unit that did not work. It was installed in a house I had recently purchased. Herve, the owner, came out and was very knowledgeable and experienced. He told me what he thought the problem(s) might be and quickly tested the unit and figured out it had no Freon in it. He tested to see if it would hold pressure and it did so he flushed it twice before filling it up. Worked like a champ. We figured it was empty because it had a leak but in the end whoever did the service before did not replace a compression cap and that’s where it leaked from. He replaced it, tested it and cleaned the radiator and insulated a couple lines. Then we had a soda in the porch before he left as we waited for the thermostat to kick it off before he left. It’s been working great and he was very fair on the price. Thanks Herve!

The best Equipment Repair company I have worked with! Herve did such an incredible job fixing my 2-Door Freezer! He was very communicative throughout the whole process and extremely professional. He has a new customer for life! I will 100% use Rox Services for all my Commercial Kitchen repairs!

Came out and fixed my dough mixer, which is an older model, when I couldn't find anyone else willing. They came out on the day and time they said they would, they listened to me about what was wrong and got us up and running again promptly. Herve and Keshawn were great! Positive and professional both of them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen equipment repairs.

Rox service came out and did a good job repairing our refrigerator. It works well. Herve is a pretty nice guys. Very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Rox Services is the best HVAC repair company in the Northwest. I have used a few other companies before but never have I had the experience of a company that deeply cares about helping you out and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. They work with passion and care about everything they do. They work fast and are very professional. I am very fortunate to have found Rox Services and from here on they will be the company I call when I am having equipment issues!

Our walk-in freezer broke, Roxane was very professional, polite and kind when we called. She was able to send someone out the very next day. They identified the problems with our 20-year old unit quickly, and were able to find an alternative way to install the new unit without having to wait over 24+weeks. Our freezer is now working how it should. Fair pricing and they provide a full calendar year warranty on the work they perform. Will definitely recommend Rox Services to any business!

I would give them 10stars if I could. I had multiple other companies cancel their service calls to me after they had scheduled me, once they realized the location was in the mountains. By the time I called Rox Services, the product in the freezer was starting to thaw-due to the amount of time two other companies wasted. Rox Services had a technician (Aaron) on site in 90minutes. Freezer was fixed in 2hrs and the product was all saved. They drove over 60miles one way to get here. The technician taught me a lot about my unit and now I am much more confident to diagnose, and work on any issues in the future.

This was the first time I used Rox. They were able to get me on the schedule same day and completed the job very quickly.
They will now be the company I use for all my commercial repairs.

Zach was extremely helpful! He was very courteous and polite. He took time to explain some maintenance issues that will soon need attention, things that would extend the life of our appliances. His quote for repair on those items showed up immediately after his visit. I super enjoyed him and we are excited to have him back out. This entire company has been fantastic, starting from the first time I called and how helpful and friendly Roxanna was on the phone, able to get someone out to look at our freezer that same day. Thank you so much!

They came out twice to help assess a used deep fryer we bought. Both times, they were able to come earlier than I thought due to a cancellation. They spent a lot of time and were really helpful about explaining to me what they were testing and what issues the unit had. Their price was very reasonable too. In the end, they determined that it wasn't safe to operate, and though I'm sad I bought a dud of a fryer, I'm eternally grateful that Rox Services helped me through the process so that I know what to look for next time. They will be our go-to company for all our food service equipment going forward.

Our experience with Rox Services has been excellent. We worked very closely with the Rox Team to perform walk-in coolers & freezer installations and commercial refrigeration service for a large National Account.
